The 240hp is a rough estimate! I have the same exact car and I’m pushing 270hp. Bmw is known to under rate their engines they always push more than what they say. That being said the car MOVES when you want it to. I love this car it’s a great commuter car for me during the week and fun low end sport car on the weekend. Handles like a beast on windy roads. Also, what exhaust do you have? It sounds pretty good for a 4cyl
The tires was about $800 usd and for the grill well I have a small Secret .... I Plasti Dipped them one can I did it in about for coats 🤫 cost less then $5 usd

Oh, but you will need to flash the ecu, as the injen bolt on drastically alters the airflow... For the better... But will throw on the engine check light.... Worth it for the burbles alone

What happened to the car? Did you ever bump into any trouble aside from normal maintenance like oil changes, water pump, brake fluid and tires?
I still have the car, no issues just regular maintenance like oil changes I'm at 99k and going strong

I do it about once a year to keep it fresh. But it looks pretty good no drips

She runs great and no issues "knock on wood" I've haven't had any repair cost
