This is a REQUIRED CONNECTION! You need to connect the REV wire according to the instructions so the VLine VL2 or VLite VT2 system will work when connected to your car stereo.
This video shows how to connect and test the REV Reverse wire when installing the GROM VLine VL2 system for CarPlay and Android Auto integration into Acura and Honda 2013-2019 cars (HON3 model). The same installation and test steps apply when installing the GROM VLite VT2 System into compatible Acura and Honda vehicles.
The connection of the REV wire is REQUIRED for the VLine VL2 / VLite VT2 system to work with your Acura and Honda stereo.

You will need the multimeter if you want to test the connection. If, after connecting the VLine VL2 or VLite VT2 to your factory car stereo, the stereo does not recognize it connected, test your Posi-Tap connection of the REV wire.

The factory stereo must have a dual screen to be compatible with GROM VLine VL2 and VLite VT2 systems.
