- We are excited to offer this premium ripe pu-erh cake made entirely from Spring 2019 Bu Lang mountain material. First flush material was collected from several Bu Lang villages and fermented for 46 days. After fermentation was completed, the tea was dried and graded. We blended the various grades to create a balance recipe comprising of tippy golden buds and heavier grade Te Ji, 1,3, and 5 leaves. The term "Hui Run" refers to the sweet, slippery and soothing feeling that lingers in the mouth and throat even after the tea drinking session has ended.
357 grams per cake (7 cakes per bamboo leaf tong)

I didn't even finish the 2017 cake yet, and my fingers just burning from the need to add this cake to my cart. Imagine driving through Texas and seeing a statue for Scott :D The entire temple for YS with Scott statue inside :D

Try the 2019 YS Lao Man'e, 2020 Peerless Black and Red. 2019 YS Ba Wang too.
Scott and Xiao Yao, love the videos.
What’s the amount of tea to ml’s in that tea cup?
Hi! Glad you like the videos! We use 8 grams of ripe pu-erh in the silver teapot. It's 120ml. So 1 gram of tea per 15ml.
After searching briefly on CZcams, I'm finding everyone brews their pu-erh a little differently. I think it's an indication of the flexibility of the tea.
Yes it is. Especially ripe and aged raw. You can push a bit longer with the steeps or use hotter (or cooler) water.
Y'all are amazing! How did you all get started sourcing teas?
There is a good video about how I got started. czcams.com/video/z0Tr0VDx6NM/video.html
Great video. I've been wanting to try one of the Hui Run productions but haven't yet. How did your poor silver tea pot get injured?
I dropped it while washing it out. I have butter fingers. Give the Hui Run a try!
Tea time! ヽ(*゚ー゚*)ノ
Woukd you recommend this as a daily morning tea?
Yes... It's invigorating, but not over-stimulating.
Scott, is this on your web site? I am not seeing it.
It's here:

We will get some on the US site in a month or so.
Can we get a new raw vs ripe pu-erh guide, updated for the new era :)
he who dies with the most tea wins 😂
Where are you???? Everything ok?? No videos for 6 months....???
Too busy with core YS work... we are just fine. Thanks for worrying about us.
Don't build a statue! Someone will come tear it down!
LOL. I'm evil... always pushing people to buy tongs!
@@Yunnansourcing You can keep doing that. It's statues that are evil!
