$1200 E36 BMW 328i Build Reveal! What project did I get myself into?

Fired up for this E36 project. Got it for new years and have been making progress on manual swapping the car. Came with Auto Trans already removed and all the swap parts necessary for the most part. If we can get this thing going she is going to be a slapper!
