Not only Coyote VS Acme was finished BUT it also has positives reviews from everyone; actors, animators, casual viewers etc. The plot seams really fun and interresting, we never saw that before in a looney tunes movie. The worst part of this situation? The guy who DARES cancelled it, David Zlaslav, never saw the film. His decision makes no sense. How can you tell a movie is good or bad if you never watch him? He has no respect for animation, all the peoples who worked on the movie and Looney tunes fans. Shame on him 😠😤
Last I heard it seems that they are still trying to find a way to release it. So it seems more in limbo then anything else.
The silver lining with Larrkins cancellation is that the same team was able to go to Netflix and create Back to the Outback.
Really underrated gem!
I watched it. And I was worried that it was be another dumb Madagascar rip off, but no. It was actually pretty fun. You sympathized with those animals wanting to leave cuz no one really wanted to see them. And even bringing along that jerky koala was funny showing that cute animals aren’t always nice. And the villain is hilarious as well being a wannabe Steve Irwin and making it his life goal to destroy these animals. Also, the song that plays, “beautiful ugly” by Tim Minchin is incredibly catchy

Blue Sky was going to do a second Peanuts Movie, but that ended up getting cancelled, but luckily a second is being made for Apple TV+.
When is that coming out?

Popeye wasnt canceled because of the emoji movie, it has nothing to do with it.
@@FiedaN wrong, was cancelled msotly due creative differences, apparently Sony wanted Gendy to "modernize" popeye, but he stayed firm with the classic approach so that took struggles and ended up shutting down the movie

Sony’s Popeye was never canceled for to make the emoji movie, it was canceled because Sony just didn’t like Genndy’s vision for the movie and they wanted it to be more modern and hip for the young kids.
I wish all of these cancelled animated movies got made especially both Coyote VS ACME & Popeye!
It saddens how DreamWorks during the 20th Century Fox Era was a awful timezone for them being from a struggling independent studio getting bomb after bomb outside it's franchise sequels too now being the step-child to Universal

This always happens due to certain circumstances the frustrating part is when the movie is practically finished and then cancelled and never released to the public which is frustrating to the creators and the audience because neither get a happy ending it's stupid tbh

Its because these good and inspiring movies were somewhat original as well as Creative & probably expensive to make modern Hollywood doesn't take risks so we get crap 9 times out of 10.
Losing Gigantic that animated Popeye movie and the last DreamWorks movie shown is honestly a depressing crime so many good movies get cancelled for crap like the Emoji movie minions or live action Disney remakes.
Gigantic would have been a giant stand out(no pun intended).

What I find ironic about Gigantic, is that the only reference that the movie will have is in Zootopia where Duke Weaselton shows illegal movies that are parodies to Disney movies that were coming out at the time

Even with Sony Animation removing beyond the SpiderVerse from becoming lost media they instead announced an open season tv show called open season call of nature to revive the open season franchise for no other reason but didn’t Sony animation just learn their lessons from last time after they made hotel Transylvania 4?

I can’t believe Nimona was briefly cancelled before Netflix and Annapurna pictures saved the movie and got universal acclaim. It’s a shame it got a very limited release in theaters prior to the streaming release and didn’t get enough awards. (I’m looking at you, the Oscars!)
One Disney film you forgot to mention was Wild Life wich had a pretty intriguing concept due it took place into the night life in big citties, you know what i mean, even had a really short animation demo wich shows one of the main characters and the city it would take place and, gonna be honest, it was really stunnishing looking visuals considering it was the beginings or cgi animation specially with how they used a "Pop Art" visual style to make the color saturated and plane textures look more fitting with the limitations of the time
Did you guys also know that Sly Cooper Was originally supposed to get a video game adaptation film. But unfortunately it didn't happen because of the reception of ratchet and clank. Sigh 😔 I really wish a sly movie would happen.

Netflix also cancelled the Wings of fire tv show 2:06 and i'm glad that the wings of fire tv show was picked back up by amazon MGM studios
You know, hearing about cancelled movies makes me more grateful for the movies we do get. Especially the ones that are great! Some movies might be luckier than others, but for others to manage to release and become successful and widely loved, sometimes you might think “what if this got cancelled”? But you don’t have to worry about it because it’s already there. If that makes any sense.

With Gigantic, I think I would’ve liked it because it was supposed to be a musical before it got canceled, with the songs written from the songwriters of Frozen and you can also see a dvd of Gigantic in Zootopia were Nick and Judy went to Duke Weaslton to talk about the flowers towards the end of the movie.
I think Gigantic would have been a pretty popular movie. And the concept art for it was pretty neat.

A Plants Vs Zombies movie would’ve been CRAAAAAZYYYYYYY!
But also if they do made a movie about it. I hope they portray Crazy Dave as actually crazy instead of him being stupid like in most modern games. He was my favourite character in the game. No joke, he was the sole reason I wanted to play the second game.
I'm glad that the movie about space cats with spongebob was canceled, it's crazy, but I want to see Lego movie 3 where Emmet meets Robin from Lego Batman and Lloyd from Lego Ninjago.
I think Warner Bros. needs to release Coyote vs. Acme because I love the idea of the Acme corporation getting sued by Willie E. Coyot

Am happy that Nimona and Paws of Fury got to see the light of day but flims Popeye, Me and my Shandow, and especially Larrkins as someone who a fan of Australia animals and think there barley any flims that feature them aside from having koalas like in Sing flims and the Wild and Kangaroo mostly in the Penguins of Madagascar tv show and Ice Age 4 they deserve there own flim hastag justice to Australia animals.

And give that John Lasseter who is now with Skydance animation and was also in production of Giagntic (which we saw footage of in this video), I think it’s possible

The problem is that your opinion has shifted because in the review you make the movie sound like it's a 8/10 but in your recent videos, you make it sound like it's a 5/10.
I don't think it's a bad movie its a perfectly fine movie the only negatives is that the plot was little rushed
