Actually, there’s more to Hunter that they didn’t list.
In the climax of the movie, Hunter tried to destroy the baby factory by trying to destroy a machine that makes babies, *putting the lives of millions of literal newborn infants at risks all for the sake of money.*
He also has no redeeming qualities too and cares for no one but himself and his goals.
Obviously he is more irredeemably evil, and if they could remaster the playlist, they should do it in villain tiers just like in the remastered Pixar Villains evil to most evil playlist

The crazy thing is that some of these villains come from WB animation and warner animation group. Warner Bros has countless of villains that are non-animation and non-theatrical.

Iron Giant: good to evil.
The fact that osmosis Jones is a cross movie, and by this I’ll explain. It is a mix movie where there are some scenes that are live action, a good chunk of the movie is live action actually, and the scenes inside the body are animated. Put in contact of COVID-19, I mean it was interesting to me at the time, it’s creepy now. Although it is a very realistic representation of how disease prophesies work, minus the cop action.
