    FULL RECIPE (ENGLISH VERSION)
    "El bifanas from us home"
    INGREDIENTS:
    - 1kg. Pork steak;
    - 15gr. Salt;
    - 600gr. Lard;
    - 100gr. Crushed garlic;
    - 2un. Bay leaves;
    - 200ml. Beer;
    - 20ml. Vinegar;
    METHOD:
    - Season the pork with salt;
    - In a frypan melt the pork lard;
    - Add the crushed garlic cloves and bay leaves, and continue cooking on low heat for 3 minutes;
    - Put the meat in the pan and bring to a boil;
    - Add the beer, cover, and leave to simmer for 20 minutes;
    - To finish, add vinegar and take off the heat.
