I'm Portuguese from my father's side, but unfortunately I've missed out on that culture because he's a deadbeat and I nevwr got the chance to meet his family or anything. I've been feeling my heritage calling me, and my interest grow in knowing more about where that part of me comes from. Looks good . But my opinion the best bifanas are ( bifanas a moda do porto ) the sauce the meat is cut much thinner then that . I'm Portuguese and a big bifana fan . Bifanas a moda do porto with vinho Verde . ( muralhas , casal garcia ) thanks me later . Enjoy .

Hi, nice recipe, I have a question, after you tossed the porc in the bowl and add the wine, when you mix everything together, at some point you say ''I can smell the wine and the garlic'' but I never saw the part where you put the garlic in! at what point do you put it in? Obrigado
What about sauce ? I have seen it with lots of sauce ? What sauce do people put on it how do you make thats sauce
The sauce is in the bifanas and onions.
