Great video. I just picked this item up today. I'm thinking it may be a faulty model... No matter how loose I make the 2 knobs on the arm, both segments still point upward. I can push them down with some force, but then they pop right back up. Am I doing something wrong, or does it sound like I may have gotten a dud and need to return?

Hey mate, with the falcam adapter or with any others actually, how you keep the ronin from loosening and turning. No matter how tight I screw in the adapter plate to the ronin battery it keep loosening with the weight. Cheers
