Banjo the German Shepherd Back on the Bus, Staffy Sisters Wear their New Jackets, Maggie Doing Great

- Banjo is back as co-pilot today with Luke on the doggy bus. He’s a lot more relaxed and starting to explore the surroundings. This is a good thing. He was just so nervous the first time. It was raining so he didn’t want to get out at every stop but he seems to like Centennial Park the most perhaps because it’s so big with a lot of space like the farm. Other stops are car parks and smaller spaces.
The Staffy sisters wore their wonderful fleecy coats from Gaylene. Thank you again. It was the perfect day to wear them. Fashion does seem to bring out their Staffygator qualities. I’m not sure what it is, but as soon as they’re on, the two of them do this crocodile dance down the driveway. And into the paddock. And the playground. Until someone’s jacket comes off.
Miss Violet disappeared into the trench. And lost her coat. We found it eventually. And Miss Violet too.
Buddy the Husky X Aussie Shepherd has really started making lots of friends in all the other puppies now. He ventures out from his big brother and sister, Koda and Bella. Which is great to see. They’re always not far behind though, keeping a watchful eye on him.
Miss Frankie from the Pointer X litter is so incredibly sweet. Always very politely saying hello to everyone.
Maggie practised her training with a little distraction. A little is like a pack of a million dogs 😆 … not really little … and she did very well. Did manage to annoy the ever happy Gilbert, didn’t think that was possible 🤔… but then when about to do the same to our wee little David, she saw my hand signal and responded … woohoo! Good girl Maggie.
The Kelpie X litter returned from their vet check up of their heads. They’ve said they think Mr Blue’s could be a bruise. But have said it’s quite odd the positioning and have done a biopsy which we are waiting on the results. So it’s still a mystery at this stage. Of course … a bruise would be a surprise for us, one that big you’d think something significant would have to have happened. Perhaps he knocked it on the playground equipment?? But on the back of his head? This Kelpie litter is THE MOST active and intense litter weve had so far. But anyway, we will just wait for the results.
The jackets from Gaylene are perfect! Just what Miss Violet and Miss Red needed. How thoughtful of Gaylene. This community is amazing, and I’m so happy to see it in action. It brings me joy every day. Thank you, everyone.

Watching Banjo with his dad out on the road is sweet and it is such a joy watching Miss Violet and Miss Red play together knowing they will never be separated in their beautiful jackets Another day of the happiest dogs on the planet 💗💗💗💗💗💗
Great to see Banjo co-piloting with his dad again. He did seem more confident and happier this time. So many GSDs at the farm today with the addition of Enzo and Conrad. Such a lovely breed of dog! Thank you for your entertaining stick dances Lily! Buddy is going to be a handsome boy when he is fully grown. The Girls looked very smart and cosy in their Driza-a-Bones. So strange to hear Gillie growling!! He must have been REALLY cross with Maggie!😠
Cutie Pie must have “big dog syndrome”! That girl is a force to be reckoned with!
I think Violet has a little more sight than what the vets are giving her credit for. Otherwise, I don’t know how she could maneuver all the pitfalls and obstacles. I think she can see more than shadows. Not that it really matters. She doesn’t seem to miss out on anything, and seems quite content to go all out, no matter what!
Buddy, Koda, and Bella’s relationship is just one of the cutest things I have ever seen! Buddy certainly has the best big brother and sister.
Maggie keeps making positive progress, which is a joy to see. She will learn through trial and error, how far she can go with the other dogs. Your farm is the absolute best place for her to learn this, since all the dogs are so respectful and won’t turn on her. I could be wrong, but they seem to know that Maggie may be annoying, but it’s not aggressive, so just a little correction from Gilbert was needed. That’s just the pack way. Maggie just needs to learn not to mess with the little ones. Glad you were there to correct her, Sam.
Looks like it was a fun day! It was so much fun seeing Sam greeting all the dogs! We don’t get to see that very much ❤️

My baby used to love sticks too. She would throw her head back and prance around with the biggest stick she could find. RIP Baby girl.

It may be raining but it certainly doesn't prevent all these lovely pups from having a great time. Miss Violet and Miss Red are looking very cozy in their comfy looking coats. Buddy has grown so much but is still closely looked after by two very protective siblings. Banjo is gaining in confidence. They are all such a pleasure to watch, as per usual you made my day. They are great siblings and it may be just me but it looks like Bella & Koda have gotten a little more playful and differently protective.

Sam sew a thick piece of elastic in a loop and put it over Miss V and Miss Princess' heads around their chest. It'll keep the coats on. I do it for mine. It works a treat! Xx

I really enjoy Sams mothering of the dogs. I know the staffy sisters are special mommies girls.
This life will be so good for Maggie. The pack will teach Maggie boundaries and behaviour, along with Luke and the farm team of course. Ms Violet is a fearless adventurer. Nothing holds her back. It's heart-stopping moments every day- poor Sam!

Being deaf, Maggie does not hear the growls of the pack to keep her etiquette in check. She will learn by trial and error.

As always, thanks for taking the time to put out another video. We know you're so busy so it's really appreciated. Maggie seems to be doing so well. As if she wasn't beautiful enough - now I see she has two different color eyes. Another thing to add to the list of things that make her special. And, of course, the two Misses. What can you say. They're a handful.
I thought, when she first got to the farm, that there was something wrong with her left eye, but she was so quick that I couldn’t get a good look at it until I paused the video. Then I realized that her eye was ice blue. I think that’s another indication that she would be deaf, along with her being an all white boxer. Unusual anomalies.

Banjo enjoys his time with Dad on the bus drive. Doggos gave Auntie Sam a huge welcome this morning. Love watching Maggie learn her new hand signals. Free is not one she really wants because no treats are given then. She would rather sit and get treats. LOL Good to see Bella back. She keeps a closer eye on her baby brother Buddy. But Koda is enjoying chasing her. Watching Bentley carry the ball that was bigger then him was so cute. Miss Violet of course, finds the trench and goes right down it. Miss Violet and Miss Red playing Queen of the Mountain with Buddy and the others.

Banjo we are so proud of you...what a great Assistant Doggy School Bus Driver you are. That Cutie is a scrapper! It's awesome when she jumps in there and mixes it up with the big doggies. I love Bella's spontaneous song in the playground! Never wanted it to end. Someday Miss Violet should write a children's book about all her adventures! She's also a great example of how marching to a different drummer can be a very beautiful thing. I'm just so crazy about all these doggies. 🐶🐶🐶🐶💓💓💓💓

Banjo is doing much better! He has what my parents used to call “only boy syndrome” where my brother is the youngest of seven children, six of them girls. Everyone spoke for him, got things for him until he and my father started doing things together, just the two of them. Banjo just needs guy time.

I just love seeing thepups who have grown up on the farm joining everyone for a farm trip. It's so neat watching them grow up. I'm really fascinated Maggie. She has the sweetest, most expressive face. And, she's picking up the cues on the right thing to do. Rambunctious, yes, but so wants to be a part of everything.
I don't think the doggos will eva wean off being excited to see uncle Luke at pik ups !! Love the way banjo keeps an eye on the bus, while sitting on the foot path. 💜
