- We’re happy crying here at the farm. I feel there might be a few of you all that might feel the same. It’s what we’ve all been waiting for. Chance has worked so hard for this moment. He deserves it so very much. Way to go Chancey boy. Your very own home.
Thank you to your new mum for opening her home and heart once again.
And Luke.
I hope you don’t mind I have to just take a moment and say it here … you did it Luke. When everyone gave up. You absolutely didn’t. Despite literal blood, sweat and tears … you never let him down. Even those very low moments when we felt he just might not get there … you downright refused to accept it. You closed the business you loved … to give him just what was needed.
And now here we are.
It was all worth it Chancey boy. You are worth it.
We love you. We couldn’t be happier for you. We will miss your beautiful big smiling face but you beautiful boy, made the farm what it is today. And we are grateful to you for that. There will be many dogs that come to the farm, who will be better for the fact that you came before them.
You are truly something Chance. Forever a farm dog. Now you have your very own farm to call home.
We will be watching your videos from afar with loving happy hearts.

I can honestly say I have never seen in my life anyone so compassionate, diligent, caring, loving and pure determined as Luke when guiding and nurturing darling Chance. Thanks DAD and MOM for doing all you did for me. It is hard to put into words how much you have done and meant to me. According to my new mum I am perfect which is all thanks to you and every one that has helped along the way especially CCACF and their team. Chancy says to say Hey! We went walking today and had a great time as mum let him go where he wanted to go. She came home at lunch time to let us out and have a run. (she never did that for me?) Chancy loved running around the yard at lunch time. When she got home again all 3 of us went for a walk down to the dam, it was the first time Fred had ever walked that far. Me and him were running all over the place as we know the track. Chancy was on the long line with mum running after him it was fun to watch. He had a big grin and mum was laughing so loud. Chancy is in Auntie Lizzie's room sleeping currently. But he slept with us last night and mum complained because he doesn't know how to sleep on the bed properly and she couldn't stretch out. Mum and I am good as I sleep long ways on the bed now. We watched this Video twice and she had to pick me up of the computer table 8 times I got so excited I just kept jumping up. I just loved seeing DAD again and again and again and again.......
mum doesn't look too pleased at the minute but thats ok, she will give me kisses in a minute she always does. She just can't seem to help herself, Chancy loves them too. He jumped into her lap today which caused a lot of squeaky toy noises which caught my attention and we played the game of get down with lots of squealing. It was fun.
That's so beautiful angel ❤️. Chance has found the perfect new mom and the perfect new forever home and family. What a great life you will all have together, it's absolutely wonderful. Thank you for everything ❤️

Oh my. Rivers of tears as Chancey boy disappeared into the distance and Luke saluted. Thank you Luke for persisting with this beautiful boy. The blood, sweat and tears has been worth it. Thank you Sam for the beautiful words and Ben for filming the reunion and goodbye. But not least of all, a huge thank you to the Wilson family for opening your hearts to these beautiful besties. This has been such an emotional video and I would say most profound because of what has been achieved. 💜💝💙💚💖

Dear Sam & Luke, GBS’s Pygmalion springs to mind with your amazing, selfless transformation of this very worthy recipient!!! I waited all day for this. My world went on hold when I finally saw the vid. Could not have been a better ending for all concerned. I love Nevaeh with the same intensity as Chance so what a fabulous outcome. Oh my goodness, Chance has just recieved his pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. What a special moment when Neveah hopped on the bus and went in Chance's cage. Thanks to Luke, Sam and everyone involved in Chance's rehab. Take a moment and bask in your success, job well done. Thank you to Chance's new mom for having such a big heart. Neveah and Chance are two special pups that deserve a warm and loving home.

I didn't think my respect for Luke could get any higher, that must have been so hard to part with the big smiling boy. But one thing I've learned watching since 2020 is never underestimate Mr Evans.

I lost count of the times I checked today for the reunion video. I had to watch the last video again about Chancy leaving and cried. Now am crying again. But I am so happy for Good Boy Chancy and so proud of Luke and everyone at the Farm too.

He will be able to take in all the new smells forever and not have to worry about getting along with new dogs entering the pack dynamic. I know there has to be some relief with Sam and Luke that he now has a slower life style that suits him, although I’m not sure “Veah” will let him slow down for a little while. Everything that Luke and Sam have done over the last 12 months has been tough, with very difficult decisions to make. But Chance's story alone makes you realise the sacrifices they have made.

This is what going above and beyond for animals looks like. You are all wonderful.
Watching Luke walk away back to the bus had me sobbing happy tears. Chance's story has been a harrowing, poignant, triumphant journey for The Farm - formerly Doggie Daycare Farm Trips. Luke and every single person involved with Chance's care and rehabilitation deserves our collective appreciation and gratitude. I'm grateful to have witnessed it all from the beginning. I am so proud of this big galloot chunkie tank of a boy named Chance the American Bulldog. He's done his breed proud. He chose a better way and has been rewarded with a new happy home and life. I'm delighted for him and Nevaeh and, of course, new Mom (and new little brother Freddie) who opened her heart and home to the two former death row rehabilitated dogs. Please make a documentary of this wonderful rehabilitation example of never giving up on what appears to be a lost cause dog. It can only have a positive effect on The Farm's continued mission.

I'd been thinking and checking your channel all through the day while at work....for this moment. This was truly epic. Couldn't control my sobbing and laughing when I saw Chance and Nevaeh reunite .It was better than I had hope it to be. Really love you Luke for giving so much of yourself to Chance. You never gave up and the hard yakka has paid off, and he now has a happy forever home with his lovely mum and siblings Nevaeh and Fred. Neveah never forgot you Luke. For the overseas folks. Julie mentioned 'hard Yakka'. That's an Australian term for hard work. Yakka is a brand of tough mens' work clothes. I think they may be the brand of Luke's shirts. not sure. There other Aussie words Luke used in the clip~ Chance is a 'bit off a boofhead' Not the smartest dog on the block. And 'cactus' broken didn't work. Luke was saying if it all went cactus you can being him back.
I woke up at 6 am to check if the video was up, and once I saw that it was, I had to watch it right away. I'm watching it again 2 and a half hours later! I talk about @TheFarm to my fiancé and family all the time (they probably think I am obsessed!) Luke and Sam are such a huge inspiration ❤❤❤❤❤

Well THAT made water pop out of my eyes!! I kept it together until the salute, then lost it! 😭😭😭😭 It was so wonderful seeing Nevaeh see Luke for the first time from inside the house. Her excitement was off the charts! Their reunion was an 11 out to 10! Then to see Nevaeh go straight for Chancey boy in the bus...you knew it'd be another awesome reunion. Watching them play tug of war, resuming their friendship so quickly, was so awesome! Thanks to Luke and Sam for their dedication to Chance, changing their lives and the direction of the Farm, and for making such a different to Chance (and all the others) to let them live their best possible lives. Both the reunion and the goodbye were beautiful. Can't wait to follow Chance and Nevaeh's channel!

This really was like watching a movie with a wonderful ending. You’re happy but crying at the same time. I fell in love with Chance and wanted him to find a forever home so bad. I knew Luke was ecstatic for him but after a year of being so close he was going to really miss him. Nevaeh didn’t disappoint darling girl. 2 o’clock in the morning, and I just had to check if there was a video and watch it! Tears of happiness for Chance and Nevaeh. Chance almost seem to be more active with the smaller number of dogs. Looks like they are going to have the best life ever! Thank you to everyone involved with their rehab. And thank you to their new mom for loving them.

I burst into tears as soon as Navaeh ran to Luke. They never forget. Sam and Luke not only have you saved two Dogs lives you have loved and prepared them for another life. How many people can say that. I like everyone will miss Chance so much. But when I watch them together and see the life and forever home 🏡 they have now you just feel so much joy for them. OMG Nevaeh, loosing it when she saw Luke. She knows what Luke and Sam did for her. I don't think she would ever forget either of them. It certainly brought tears. Also she was letting Luke know how happy she was in her new home with her new family. I totally understand how hard it must be to say good bye to the dogs you help. I don't mind admitting it would be too hard for me. For you guys to put all that blood sweat and tears into them. Then to be so selfless in letting them go. Chance and Neveah are both very impressive doggo's but neither of them would be here if it wasn't for you guys. I hope that this experience only emboldens both of you to take on these "SERIOUS DOGS" again in the future.
I think you will miss old Chancey boy for some time. Possibly not the stress he caused you, but thats another story, I guess. That big old heart shaped noggin with his big, happy smiley face would take an impressive dog to replicate. He had a way of wriggling his way into everyone that watched him heart. So glad we can still watch both doggo's on Nevaeh's channel.
Again thanks so much for taking the steps that made both of these dogs a success. You both will for ever have my admiration Luke and Sam.

We are so happy and crying our eyes out. We have been a member for the whole 12 months and have seen Chancey's journey come to this bittersweet end. We are sending the whole farm a big hug because it took a village to make all this happen. Luke, thank you for making the trip up there so he would be ok meeting his new Mum. We are just so overjoyed with love.❤

Got into a routine watching this one. Watch, pause to take glasses off and wipe my eyes, glasses back on, pause, etc. Took me awhile, but I got thru it. Second time watching, same as the first. Just beautiful. A bit bittersweet, but so proud of all involved and all that has been accomplished. Your tears, Luke, were not the only ones. There were tears being shed around the world.

Congrats to Chance and Nevaeh they have found the best home and Mum. It went just the way Luke wanted it to go. Nevaeh was so happy to see him but loves her home and is excited to share it with Chance. No dog left behind just like the military but The Farm way for dogs and Luke didn't leave Chance behind he really committed to that dog and gave him everything so he could find his happy forever home. I know it was hard to part with him but it was so exciting to see him and never chase after their Mum. Can't wait to catch up with them on their CZcams channel. More dogs to come.

Oh my goodness. I was crying happy tears and sad tears as well. I am so happy for Chance. What an amazing end to his and Nevaeh's story. For both of them to end up in the same home and that home is a farm. I feel a bit sad for Luke saying goodbye, but I also understand how happy he is that his Chancey Boy has got a home of his very own. Almost a fairy tale.

Did anyone else notice that BOTH Nevaeh and Chance had wide smiles throughout the video? I think they know they are now COMPLETE. I really, really want to thank Nevaeh's mom for opening her big heart and home and changing the lives of two dogs who were going destined for certain death. But, with the help of a village, their lives have been changed, for the better, forever.
Having owned a 90 lb Female American bulldog, and 2 Male American/Boxer mixes over the years I love American Bullies. So happy for Chancie Boy's progress and his being a happy boy.

I was doing fine until I read your post Sam and now I’m crying too!! Chance (how little we knew the depth of the meaning of his name) truly put your new business of rehabilitating dogs on the map! For the longest time I felt Chance would have to live his best life forever on the farm only being around a select few like Nevaeh, having to be isolated in his own apartment. To see him in this video was ONLY possible because of Luke!! You are a believer that there isn’t a dog on our planet that can’t have a good life after the damage humans do to them. You have proven that with beautiful Chancy Boy. I hope one of your talented followers paints a picture of him for your wall of fame! You and your beautiful family are amazing and I’m forever grateful to have found you. You bring joy and happiness to me and thousands each day. 🤗🤗🤗

The most beautiful part of this is that Luke believed in Chance, he never gave up on him like others had. The story of Chance at The Farm is one of love, devotion, courage, patience and more. The camaraderie between man and dog shone through and for that the reward was great. Much respect to Luke for saving many lives but Chance was a special one- to see him with Nevaeh happily frolicking around in their home with Fred was nothing short of a miracle. Salute to all 🐾🐾💙💗

His journey would have ended not started a year ago - considering he was on death row.
