LAMB KOFTA WITH HARISSA & YOGURT SAUCE -

✏️✏️Lamb Kofta with Harrisa & Yoghurt Sauce
It’s already the 3rd week of raya and i’m sure korang dah banyak kali makan atau hidang satay for open house, here’s something unik yang korang boleh hidangkan if you’re planning a late Raya open house.
Juicy flavourful lamb skewers with a tangy slightly spicy rich sauce. Hidangan ni is as delicious as it is beautiful. 😋✨
During the preparation of this Lamb Kofta recipe, saya menggunakan pisau #SHOGUN untuk memudahkan saya dalam memotong bahan2 resepi ni. Hanya tinggal last 3 weeks untuk anda to redeem, head to the nearest Aeon stores to get the SHOGUN Knives collection before it run out of stock!
Ingredients - Kofta:
✏️500 gms - Minced Lamb
✏️ 30 gms - Raisins (chopped)
✏️ 1nos - Red Onion (fine dince)
✏️ 4 cloves - Garlic (minced)
✏️ 1tbsp - Chili Powder
✏️ 1tsp - Black Pepper
✏️ 2 tsp - Cumin Powder
✏️ 1tbsp - Coriander Powder
✏️ 1tsp - Paprika
✏️ 1 tbsp - Salt
✏️ 2 tbsp - Almond Nibs (tasted & chopped)
✏️ Olive Oil
✏️ 8 stalks - Lemon Grass
Red Pepper Sauce:
✏️ ½ cup- Yoghurt
✏️ 7 nos - Dried Chilies (big)
✏️ 2 nos - Red Bell Pepper
✏️ 2 tbsp - Tomato Paste
✏️ 4 cloves - Garlic
✏️ 1 tbsp - Coriander Powder
✏️ 1 tsp - Cumin Powder
✏️ 1 tsp - Paprika
✏️ Salt - to taste
✏️ Sugar - to taste
✏️ Garnish - Flat Leaf Parsley / Coriander / Sesame Seeds / Pomegranate
