NASI GORENG IKAN (LEFTOVERS REPURPOSED) -

Guyss, disebabkan @hishamraus (IG) ada request saya bercakap dalam Bahasa Malaysia untuk Ramadan series ni, saya akan cuba! Untuk kali ni saya nak buat menu leftovers yang kita boleh buat semasa sahur. Kalau ada extra Ikan goreng, korang patut try this Nasi goreng recipe! 😋 Saya akan buat2 simple untuk semua try. Dah try nanti, jangan lupa let me know in the comment okay. Selamat mencuba!
Ingredients:
✏️ 2 - leftovers fried fish Ikan
✏️ 1 nos Shallot (sliced)
✏️ 2 cloves - Garlic
✏️ 2 nos - Bird Eye Chillies
✏️ Egg
✏️ Rice
✏️ Pak Choi
✏️ Carrot
✏️ Sweet soy sauce
✏️ Fish sauce
✏️ White pepper
✏️ Pinch of salt
✏️ Chicken stock powder

Sherson Lian is the co-founder of Makhan by Kitchen Mafia, a restaurant in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and Kitchen Mafia, an F&B solutions company that offers catering, private dining/chef's table sessions, and restaurant/menu consultancy among other services.
