    I'm so glad I found this channel. I have been trying to do yoga for years following women on YT and whilst it has been good, it doesn't feel as good as your Manflow Yoga. I like the way that you describe the movements and poses in detail and bring our attention back to the the areas where focus drifts away so that we get more benefit out of each pose. Great work Dean!

    Awesome workout, Dean. You balance on your right foot twice, but not your left foot. Is that intentional? Should we switch legs at some point?

    I'm an older man (68), that would like to start practicing yoga. I also had my right hip replaced 5 years ago and would like to be able to sit on my heels again. Any suggestions??
