its basically like rappers who tell you drugs and alcohol are cool because they use them or sing about them positively in their music. sure some drugs and alcohol can be taken in a responsible way but rappers didn't make millions just by drinking and smoking and doing drugs. but they rap in a way that says otherwise. they have lyrics idolizing drug users and alcoholics as if its something that will make you successful. PSA kids, drugs can fuck you up and alcohol can ruin your life. educate yourselves so that you don't end up doing something like heroin or cocaine and ruining your life.
source: I've done cocaine and I still crave it to this day. my addictive personality has made me an alcoholic and a smoker. you have to use pure willpower to overcome these urges and sometimes you won't have enough. educate yourself on drugs before doing them. the reason school makes you fear drugs is because addiction is so powerful it can overwhelm you to the point of losing jobs and losing your home. even peds have effects people cant control. if you have an addictive personality based on family history please don't start addictive chemicals or any chemicals you might hold a dependence on. I was dependent on weed for years regardless of the fact weed isn't addictive my body decided that the chemical thc was needed to survive. Withdrawal from dependency sucks and I hope no one reading this has to go through the struggle of dependency. at least make sure you hold the willpower to stop yourself from hurting yourself and those you love. especially when it comes to drugs or alcohol. be responsible please.

@@TrudleR I think for a lot of people it’s a completely valid feeling.
I’ve worked out 5 days a week since I was 15. 16 years later (old fuck I know) I’m in the best shape of my life, always trying to improve.
Then some instagram fuckboi comes along and uses effectively a cheat code and moves the goalposts of what a “nice physique” looks like or what “strong” is by just existing and giving up their morals and health for clout.
From my personal perspective, that’s why I don’t mind people that are on gear but just SAY they’re on it. That’s a 0% my problem scenario.
It’s the ones that claim to not be using that are then spitting in the face of my and others’ hard work.
That’s where the sting comes from I think. It’s an attempt to invalidate a part of someone’s life when they know it’s not true.
Although in all honesty I don’t even care about the lying type either anymore. You can’t fake determination. Just hope that helps with a bit of perspective on why people feel strongly about it, as you seemed legitimately interested.

My subjective point of this is that we should strive for as much honesty as possible, if we'll ever see the day where everyone actually are 100% honest about what they are using(and how much) or not....time will tell...but one can hope.
When I was a kid growing up watching the big bodybuilders say "Just take this PWO, just take this protein" I truly belived that it would make me look like them, when obviously that wasnt the case.
I can understand fooling a young teen into taking a PWO is much less harmful than making them do somethig else, but I also feel like had I been told the truth I would just accept that I cant look like those guys and do my own thing, instead I felt I was sold a fake dream.
I think many ppl can relate who started in their teens.
In the end in modern time ppl can(and will) get their hands on anything if they really, really want to...So Noel is right. We have to make sure ppl use it in a good and safe way, because there is such a way if you ask me.

@Surb Singh dude he's talking about some teens, they definitely don't need TRT yet. also the fact that we are talking about "teens" makes it highly unlikely that they're "just" using and not abusing. they probably have no idea how to train&diet properly, it's simply almost impossible for them to have already enough knowledge, expierence and foundation (muscle and strength) in order to even remotely justify steroid use. all they're likely going to do is fuck themself up, for literally no reason. shutting down your hpta, when youre not even fully grown up and your hormone levels are peaked the fuck out, is one of the dumbest things imaginable you can do to yourself.
for me it's actually completely insane, how someone under even ~21yo can be on steroids. i mean wtf? why the fuck would you do that? i can kinda understand teens doing rec drugs, bc they want to have fun and expierence new exciting shit. i get that, but steroids? hell no.
how can they be this fucking obsessed with their body&looks at this age? that's seriously worrying imo. something has to be wrong with society and shit, if kids are inclined to take steroids in order to achieve a certain look and/or strength-level. i think it also has to have something to do with the education-system in specific countries. growing up here in germany i can tell you, when you did any kind of weightlifting at all in school, you immediately were one of the biggest guys by default. no need for steroids, bc weightlifting/working out isn't (wasn't? idk how it is by now) really popular with kids/teens. they play soccer or basketball, tennis, those kind of things. if that. usually there are a lot of fat or unhealthy kids not doing anything sports related as well, which isn't good either of course)

Thanks Noel, so many kids need to hear this and many of these influencers are sending them the wrong information and a false idea of what’s attainable naturally!

Noel. You’ve inspired me man. I was worried about my physical health and what people think of me. But you’ve inspired me to go to the gym and workout and try my hardest everyday. For that I thank you. Keep going strong!

This. I mean, it is essentially the same problem most people have with "fake natties": the fact that people were / still are promoting unrealistic results for natural lifters, contributing to mental health problems. Being open about steroid use without properly explaining short- and long-term side effects contributes to physiological health problems within the lifting community, especially amongst younger folk.
At the end of the day, teenagers are fairly rash when it comes to decision making, and they might still regret their choices in later years. But that doesn't mean they shouldn't have as much information available to them as possible before choosing to use or avoid PEDs in their sport endeavours.
As a fitness enthusiast, I greatly appreciate your content, which I think is a valuable contribution to the education of inexperienced lifters (especially younger ones, many of whom are much more drawn to this short-form content). Thank you.

Your candor is appreciated. There isn't a realistic way for you not to promote steroids if you are an influencer and use them. Your enhanced physique is a promotion. Even influencers who deny their usage are promoting their use, indirectly. It comes down to either, "Do as I do" or "Do as I say, not as I do."

The people who say "do as I say, not as I do" will by default have others doing as you do. People pay more attention to your ACTIONS far more than your WORDS.

I'm glad you made this video. I always respected you for being open about your steroid use but, at the same time I was concerned that because people look up to you, peds would indirectly be glorified. So, thank you for addressing this.
