- Riding the YT Capra Core 3 29” on some of Squamish’s hardest trails with my good buddy Alex Hinkson.Alex has a massive slam to end the day, luckily he is all good.
Really happy with how the Capra feels on the steep stuff Squamish has to offer!

That’s such a steep trail!! I’m sure I would get better if I lived there and rode the trails more. I hope Alex is ok, I crash sometimes and it’s always difficult!

I see u got a shorter stem on. But with the original stem that came with the bike how did u feel I’m the same height as u 5’8 I’m really not trying to change anything as soon as I get the bike. Great vid btw 🤙🏼.
That is the stock stem, originally I really liked the large bike but I’m currently riding a different medium and I would probably go with the medium for my style riding.

@@thomaswilson3925 yes out of the box that model was very playful, I also tried the MX. I think if I was to order another bike it would be the Core 4 29” medium
I’m 5’8 as u already know do u think I can still get away with a large maybe even shorten the stem. I don’t like the cramped up space on sum mediums
@@thomaswilson3925 yeah that was my plan to shorten the stem up to a 35mm it will work but for comfort I can’t say as I never got to try the medium
