If u marry outside, the hall itself takes 2lacs plus pandit ji's fee + the ingredients that is used in the puja. so I think 40000 is very less.
I would pay much more personally, just for the process being done in Devi's presence...it's once in lifetime or many lifetimes as you want it😊
