I have listened to this recording hundreds of times in the past year. The first time I heard it, I was blown away. I didn't think I could be more impressed with Stevie than I already was, but his band's performance of this number raised my level of appreciation for him. This recording totally lifts my mood. It's pure ecstasy.

Only the best of the best play with Stevie Wonder. I think that would be the high-light of any musician's career. Each one is beyond spectacular. Stevie is beyond spectacular. He wants every one in the band to let their light shine.....and they do! 🎹🎶🎹🎶🎹

God bless that keyboard lady. She is super!! She has great piano/keyboard hands. I miss playing. She made me smile. I hope she's happy today with a great man to love her, pets, kids and still playing like that.
Artist like Steve Wonder don't get nothing but the very best people to play in his band. Each and everyone of these musicians are a MASTER of there craft. 5/21/2021.
I have loved this maestro as far back as I can remember!! I wouldn’t expect anything but the best musicians probably hand picked by Stevland Morris himself. ❤️❤️❤️
Believe it or not I grew up with Stevie, there were many great times when we were young!!! I went to see him many times at the Fabulous Motown Revue at the Fox Theater in our home town in Detroit. I have been tremendously blessed to know a brother such as he!!!!!
I've seen many of Stevie's live performances and a few of those members been with him for a few decades, Nathan Watts on bass, Renaldo on percussions, the guy singing background have been with him for years, this is a very good band
I will never forget this music and this performance on Memorial Day 2021 when feeling sad. This made me feel better. It makes me remember how much I love LIVE music especially smooth jazz!!! God bless all the musicians, their loved ones and their pets in Jesus Name!!!!
When I saw Stevie in '72 or so (with the brand new Earth, Wind & Fire, and Mandrill) at Cole Field House at University of Maryland, HE got up and played furious solos on every instrument on stage. He was to some extent a pioneer in playing most of the instruments on his early albums...... not to mention all the composition and studio engineering. The story of Stevie's break into the business is he was a harmonica player who'd stood outside a recording studio, day after day after day, very persistently asking if they needed any harmonica parts...... then finally, his determination paid off...... Just 'cuz it's a statement to their talent, other artists who were pretty much a one-man band on their albums include Paul McCartney (first solo album), Todd Rundgren, and check out the credits on Marvin Gaye's "Midnight Love" album....... nothing short of phenomenal achievement.
