I had bad teeth too. I had to have all my bottom teeth pulled at 19!! I was in horrible pain, crying at night and even ear aches!! Do not even read the rude comments!! My husband has the same problem and we have great insurance and it’s still costly and painful for him. I’ve researched supplements to help and a really available one is CoQ10. It helps fight bacteria and improves blood circulation. Very good for the heart ❤️
I have no dental insurance either. I just signed on to Physician s Mutual, pay $30.00 month. Just had cleaning checkup, $275. Would be out of pocket. Paid nothing. Might want to check it out. Cleaning xrays to twice a yr.
Dental maintenance in the USA is extremely expensive. I am currently saving to go to another Country to get all of my teeth done. It is too expensive here in the USA.

Melissa, I'm so sorry about your tooth. Good thing it was a cavity, that needed filling, rather than a root canal. Ibuprofen (3) helps a lot with dental pain. I had a wisdom tooth and the molar next to it pulled about 3 years ago. I'm on disability and work part- time, and haven't kept up with regular dental check ups and cleanings, because I can't afford it either. I understand. Hang in there.

If the US has insurance like Europe has, more people would be able to go to the dentist, eye doctor, hearing specialist, etc. Glad you were able to get your tooth taken care of. Just an FYI? I was born with super soft teeth. No matter what I did, always a cavity or something. I think that there was only one time in my life where I had the perfect checkup. I paid 1300 dollars to get dentures and that was 2 grand cheaper because it's cash only. I can hardly wear them , when I was small I was antibiotics and they ruined my teeth. I spent so much on my teeth, but those new dentures were done wrong ! I have someone on here that is stalking me and she continues to put up " why don't you have teeth, where are all your teeth" calling names and crap . Unfortunately I can't afford a few grand to get them fixed so I do what I can !

Check with your county health department, ours here in KY has grant can apply get work done.

Are there any colleges that have dental training classes? Our Junior college has very affordable cleanings, etc cause it’s students training. 😊

I go twice a year. Easy 1200 this year for check ups x rays and a couple cavity fills.
