Beef Liver Stir Fry
Yummy and easy to cook.
Ingredients:
Approx. 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1 Big Onion chopped
300g Fresh Beef Liver
Approx. 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
Approx. 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
4 cloves Garlic minced
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Hoi sin Sauce/paste
1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Vegetable Seasoning Powder (pampalasa)
Dried Parsley (you can also use fresh parsley)

I soak the liver in whole milk then rinse it off.
It takes away a lil of the mineral taste, makes it a little sweet
and tender.

Great recipe had no idea what to do with all that extra oyster sauce and Hoi sin sauce lying around
Oyster Sauce and Hoi sauce are secret ingredients of many REcipes, some are Asado meat, Sauteed Meat, sauteed strings beans and Eggplant and any Vegetables.
I made a video on a different way of cooking it, but this one looks amazing too. Will try this one tonight :)

How do you cook liver in boiled water or pressure cooker, without any additives so it is tender? Also, how do you cook chicken breast using these methods so it is soft as well? I tend to have rubbery pieces.

tried to follow instructions... that bottle of chianti might have gottten in the way... ended up with some stirfry veggies and rice in the mix... unknown quantities of different souces... not bad (at least no one needed E&A and that's good enough in my book)
