I would think about medical hospitals locations.
I would think about highway access.
I would look at shops, grocery stores, and the driving time.
Definitely schools, charter schools , private. Etc.
Definitely look into RV , camping within the city , where cabins can be rented for family fun.

Completely depends on what environment you like. Stone Oak is great for a wide range of people but the some of the neighborhoods are a little cramped in together where Alamo Heights has tons of character throughout with lots of privacy especially for being in the middle of the city. Schools are outstanding in both so you can’t go wrong there. For me personally, I like being out of the city center and in the suburbs so I would pick Stone Oak myself.
