I love how aesthetically appealing your food is...it's always so colorful and looks fresh and appetizing. The salads in a mason jar are great because of the variety you provided. I'll have to try them all once I'm done getting set up in my new place. Moving in July is NOT fun...especially in TX. Ugh. :) BTW, happy 3 months to your cutie, Erisy. Liliana Villalobos Vidal I think the dude ranch (the last salad) would be great with yellow bell peppers. I'm not crazy about cucumbers so I would probably swap out those for yellow bell peppers. 😌

I found this video while looking for ways to seal Mason jars with a vacuum sealer and I'm wondering if the shelf life would improve beyond 3 days if you sucked the air out and stored in the fridge?

Where do you get the little jars for the dressing?
I have been looking at jars that can be used. Both kilner and Mason ball jars do preserving jars. they have a a 2-part lid. Are these the type you use to make the salads in? if not then what type do you use
