- Aysgarth Falls is situated below the village of Aysgarth of the Yorkshire Dales. This beautiful natural landscape is a series of waterfalls where the River Ure flows over an almost one-mile stretch on its descent to mid-Wensleydale. The falls is divided into three parts namely, upper falls, middle falls and lower falls. Bolton Castle is a 14th century castle also located in Wensleydale. It is listed as a Grade 1 building and classed as a scheduled ancient monument due to its archaeological and historic importance in the British culture, unfortunately it was damaged during the English Civil War. The castle was built between 1378 and 1399 and owned by the Scrope Family of Bolton. This is an example of quadrangular castle for its shape and rectangular courtyard. There’s a small village next to the castle called Castle Bolton which features a small village green, rows of stone cottages and a 14th century church called St Oswald's Church. The views across Wensleydale are extensive and impressive with some benches on the village green to sit down on and enjoy the scenery.
Aysgarth Falls and Bolton Castle make for a complete day out due to their close proximity, indeed next time I plan to visit I will park at the castle and walk down the valley to view the falls.

Ang ganda ng flow ng water, pwedi kaya mligo diyan? Ang daming castles dito sa UK ano? nagpauso talaga sila noong panahon. Oo nga ohh ang sarap mag kain diyan while watching the water flow.

Bro yung 3 kinds of falls talaga yun nag dala e, i mean yung 3 stop of falls.. napaka ganda sobra.. ang linis at nakaka relax medyo may tanong aq di siya pwede pag liguan no? Medyo private ata siya?
Pwedeng maligo pero doon lang sa mababaw at kung kaya mo kasi malamig yun tubig.
