Be aware that those holes may not be visible when a conventional doctor performs an examination with a camera... Most of them will say "Your intestines are fine. You have nothing wrong." BUT that's because they're not able to observe the holes since they're tiny but bigger than they should be. You DEFINITELY need to visit a doctor specialised in Functional or Holistic doctor. The rest are too egotistical, ignorant and brainwashed.

I’m always interested in finding ways to improve gut health, as I’ve battled gut issues for as long as I can remember. I may have to incorporate some of these ingredients. My current gut health regimen is:
    1. L-glutamine powder on an empty stomach twice a day
    2. Probiotics at bed time on an empty stomach
    3. Triphala at bedtime days things aren’t moving
    4. One serving of my gut health breakfast recipe (which I meal prep 5 servings at a time in my blender)-
    -1/2 cup non-dairy milk
    -2 Tbs chia seeds
    -1 tsp matcha
    -2tsp pomegranate powder
    -1 Tbs cacao nibs
    -1 Tbs unsweetened coconut shreds

I can’t prove that my leaky gut is healing, but I’m definitely seeing improvement in my gut motility. My gut tends to move very slowly. My goal has been to see daily movement and improve bloating and other symptoms of inflammation. I do still have some issues, but I’ve seen much improvement. But I also am pretty aware of what foods I’m sensitive to and avoid them for the most part. I take functional mushrooms which are the biggest factor in my improved health. And I take other supplements and do other things for my overall health, including eating a mostly whole food diet, sleep routines, and stress management routines. There are so many factors involved in good gut health. It’s taken me many years to get where I am. Lots of trial and error. Lots of habit changes. I’m not all the way to where I’d like to be, but much further down the road than I thought I would get. Don’t give up. I believe you can find what works for you.

@@DrTazMD That's a good question. I think it's pretty difficult to determine if it's helped with the leaky guy stuff yet, but I definitely have been detoxifying. Like I've been heavy metal toxic for maybe four or five years, and I can feel my mind lightening up a bit, and notice my legs and arms hurt a bit more(I've had build up in them from the toxicity, and they tend to get worse when the toxins start to mobilize). I'm able to keep up with it by giving those areas a vigorous massage after talking a walk in the sun and stretching at this point. I also have been having lots of detox "dumps". I have had a lot of headaches and eye pain(seeing a bit clearer as well), and got nauseaus on and off the other day, and also have strong stomach pain(I have gastritis in basis, and it tends to get worse when I do health routines). Also my teeth feel a bit better(have had damaged teeth for the longest time), and I kinda got caught up in cacao intake with all of this stuff as well, but have stopped the cacao because I think it actually increases my toxicity. One day I went heavy on the therapy, and I took in a cacao based chili, with onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, black pepper, green bell pepper, cinnamon, fresh turmeric and ginger, honey, pink Himalayan salt, and tomatoe. I then pumped up my urine enema with cacao powder and some cayenne pepper but it "butt-barfed" back out on me due to burnage right away. I went back in for another round without as much cacao powder, and no cayenne, and just barely managed to keep in it at first. Ended up going almost two hours, and then after eating again did a two hour long straight ACV footbath. This was maybe four day's ago, and I am still waiting for my stomach pain to come down before I resume therapy. Also some lady at the farmer's market last weekend said my face looked healthier, and I started this therapy routine about two weeks ago.

That's so interesting. Were the urine retention enemas prescribed by a doctor or are you exploring this on your own? How much urine do you use and how long do you retain it for? How frequently do you use this protocol? I've also read that urine contains stem cells and thus can be very healing for the colonocytes. And of course, the retention itself can have a bit of a bowel purging effect which is beneficial on its own as it can reduce the endotoxin load on the liver when we have a cleaner bowel. People with intestinal and digestion issues also tend to have poor gut motility.

      @braumenheimer9607 Před rokem +6

@@ab78001I've just been doing all of this stuff on my own...I've been working on all sorts of health routines for numerous things for a number of years. When I do a urine retention enema it's one quart's worth, but before I put it in I'll usually do 3-6 preliminary in and out water enemas(maybe 5 or 6 cup's worth each or as much as I can get in) and try to roll them around before expelling them to circulate it around the colon to get it cleaned out decently, until the water comes back out relatively clear looking. I usually will leave the retention enema in for 2 or 3 hours until I have to get back up to eat, and then whatever isn't absorbed shoots out after eating food. After I put it in, I lay down on my back in bed and roll it around once every 15 minutes.
I'm supposed to do the enema therapy once every other day, because they tend to hurt my stomach on top of the gastritis I have and need a recovery day, and they also wipe you out of nutrients from removing the contents from the colon. I haven't been able to keep up with that schedule exactly, because I've been throwing all sorts of other things in all over the place, like extended straight apple cider vinegar footsoaks, a four or five cup celery juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach drink followed an hour and a quarter later with a salad consisting of all of the leftover celery pulp, several handfuls of mixed nuts, apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, black chia seeds, and honey for a fibrous small intestine scrub. I also did a shallow fresh urine based footsoak with cacao powder and cayenne pepper, and have fallen back onto cacao intake. The interesting thing about the cacao is that a couple of weeks back before I started the urine retention enema therapy I was working with cacao on a daily basis for a couple of weeks and built my way up to 6 ounce's worth a day. Halfway through I heard about a study that indicated that cacao consumption increases stem cells, and a lot of the logic as to the urine enemas is regeneration via stem cells function. Like I have bad teeth and my one seriously damaged tooth is now feeling substantially better than it did before I started doing any of this, and I can feel them regenerating while I'm on a urine retention enema as the stem cells are being pumped through the circulatory system in the blood and into the teeth.
And yeah, I'll feel my liver squirting at times on the enemas...not really as much as coffee enemas produce, but something. I'm noticed seeing a bit clearer, and my mind is functioning much sharper...like I concentrate on what I'm looking at and have more concern than I did before, like when I looked up some of the words you mention in your message that I only half knew at first. Also for the longest time I would try to take a walk right around 2:00 when the sun is at it's peak, but could usually only go six blocks, but yesterday I went 30, and today I went 44(including hills...I'm in San Francisco).
My stomach hurt too much today to do any therapy(took in a cacao drink without food last night and it hurt really bad), but maybe tomorrow I'll be able to do something. Also earlier today I took a bath for the first time in nearly a month and the water was really dirty, and my skin feels really clean now.
Also there's more stuff to go over about my colon, but this message is kinda long I have to get ready to go to bed soon.

I suffer from hidradenitis s. Anything with nuts affects me, when I switch to organic coconut with no additives, there's no pain. My diet only includes chicken with avocado oil and salt for lunch and dinner, a smoothie with coconut milk, avocado, kale, broccoli and water. Deviation from this diet incurs so much pain you wouldn't believe. No sugar, no grapes, no nuts. If I try one grape, I would pay for it for 2 days.

Her entire head of hair does not grow. Yes, she is totally bald. At times she will get spots of hair, but it doesn't grow more than 1/2 ". After much of my reading and hearing your video, I am hoping that this could be the answer to her hair problems. Let me go place the order, stay tuned in 40 days or so.😅

I have taken it with the most hearthy meal of the day. Now I can take an adult dose of it. I used/use Probiotic 10-25billion (NOW), Cod liver oil , complex B vitamins. Oh, i don't eat anything with sugar. Avocado didn't went well in the past for me, but banana is awesome, and papaya/mango also terrific. And i eat lots of fish, with pumpkins, carrots, sweet potatos and rice. And i'm trully better :) I'm sorry for my English, but i do hope you can get better also.
