Evinrude 70HP 2stroke 1974 20inch

I have a 1974 Evinrude 70 HP 2Stroke outboard motor i have only cleaned up to sell but trim and tilt was damaged by the previous owner so the price will be cheaper good thing i got a good deal on this one. It sounds like it may need a carb cleaning but i wont do that for the price im asking
