    Other than getting the hose connector turned around (watch out for that one), the machine is simple to put together and use czcams.com/users/postUgkxfQauTxLT0JLSvqkq10rD79TU4k0Vz8zP . And very nice, too. I'm surprised at the power-it's more than we'll ever need, and we've not even used the most powerful setting yet.I've cleaned off a dirty concrete porch to get it ready for sealing, started to clean siding, and I know this pressure washer will be terrific for cleaning tools this fall.The only issue we had is we had turned around the hose connector, and it leaked. Once it was on correctly, though, we had no problems with the connection. Just remember that the end with the green knob goes towards the hose. It's obvious now what we did wrong, but not necessarily obvious at the time.

    One new firefighting technology is high pressure water like this and sand in a nozzle that you push against steel / congrete wall. That will drill through it and then soak the room really fast. That way firefighters dont ever have to breach into the burning area so no danger of backdraft etc. I'm not sure if any Finnish fire departments have that thought.

We do water blasting at my job and the 10,000 psi gun is actually the hardest to hold on to. Maybe not fire hose level but it will hold me up at a little over 200lbs. I know a lot of knife makers that get all their knives water jet cut, even the hardest "Super" Stainless steels like CPMS35vn... pressure cutting with water is pretty amazing, I think the only thing comparable, is a lot of guys get them laser cut.... Great video, take it easy...

      It's not the water that cuts, but yep.

      @@jonanderson5137 Well without the water, it would just be sandblasting, hahaha

    This is kick ass! This pressure washer vs. an old "Riot/SWAT" vehicle or some type of bomb shelter or safe would be super cool to see also.

    Given how hard a 250hp engine goes in a car weighing 1.5+ tons, I have no doubt how hard it can push water through a pump. This thing is a weapon.

      Diesel Hp is different from Gas as the Torque is far higher. A Semi weighs 80,000 lbs is 500 HP… Ferrari sports car is easily 700 HP+

    • @AJ56
      @AJ56 Před 8 měsíci

      @@crandonborth no it isn’t, torque is torque. (Torque x revs) divided by a constant = power
      The truck is much heavier, very poor power to weight ratio, give it the same aero and power to weight and it’ll be as fast.
      Diesel makes more torque at lower revs that’s all.

      That would be crazily stupid but fun to watch. I have no doubt the pump would explode from diesel theory combustion.

    • @puckcat22679
      @puckcat22679 Před 5 lety

      painmagnet1 it wouldn't ignite in the pump because there's no air. But maybe at the nozzle. Have an aerator of some sort that mixes air with the high pressure water?

    • @puckcat22679
      @puckcat22679 Před 5 lety

      Grimace427 right, this is an order of magnitude more, however. Plus, higher volume pump. I could see it igniting on its own at the outlet, unless the pressure drop is too quick.
