Wow that's great Ashish.
Thanks Manish
Great Job
Thanks!
Hi, thank you for the excellent description for the build. Had a question about the parts for the roller, what is the dimension/ size of the bearing and the rod. where could I get the bearings from ? I tried lowes and home depot, they don't seem to carry the size.
Good idea!!!
Thanks Jannatul!
A+ for effort and idea concept.
Thanks for your support!
☺️☺️ "it didn't pass wife's acceptance factor." Good job!!👌. I love your concept of making it. May be soon I will make one of similar with my old fan.
Awesome! let us know how it goes
Well done 👌
Thank you!
Superb
Great idea
Glad you enjoyed it!
Best project ever bro🙏🙏
Glad you enjoyed it!
Well done Ash-ish
Appreciate it!
Hi, Lovely project. Thanks for sharing it with us. I used a new three speed fan motor and it was blew away just after 10 minutes. Do I need a different motor?
Ashish good job 🙏
Thanks so much
What size rod, PVC, and ball baring did you use?? Exact sizes would be nice since the ball bearings are hard to find.
The step you missed was getting the wiring back into the base end before cutting the pipe. That is the key to getting this to work. With the wires coming through the pipe you wouldn't be able to mount the circular work table in the fan blade holes. Had to watch several times to see what I missed. I enjoyed the video and have been working on one myself.
Good catch! In a project like this, we are bound to miss a couple steps in the explanation.
@@DadandSonDIY You are so right! Many times I try to explain what I have done and forget things. My build 75-80% complete now. This very good video easy to follow so I go step by step process to complete. Thank you!
@@Idiopidity Glad you enjoyed the video Idiopidity!
@@Idiopidity hi there, did you complete your build?
Can u plz tell me which motor is good for this or fan? I mean how much watt?
Please do an update on this with a pizza dough if possible, would love to see if its possible.
sir fantatic please please give dimensions to cut the wood plate and handle
May I know the place you are living it is a good idea but we need it
May i know the size of the pipe and bearings?
Sir tell me what is the number of bearings please
Would like to know about your tortilla maker is it available for sale now
What was the screw size for the bolt that you used for the disc to motor? Also if you could share the dimensions of the box would be great.
very good video with instructions ...really liked the idea ..couple of questions 1) Why didn't you use one single piece of pipe as the roller? 2) do we need to support the circular disk with multiple screws around the disk (in a circle or can just a single metal plate screws at both ends of the plate do the trick) ? 3) why do we need to use the plastic sheet ?
Glad you enjoyed the video! 1)The pipe needs to be split down the middle because the right side of the tortilla moves in the opposite direction as the left side, so not having the split will just cause it to launch off of the machine. 2) Not 100% sure what you're asking but we secured the screws around in a circle where the fan mounting holes were. 3) The plastic sheets are so the tortilla doesn't stick to the wood and for easy cleaning.
@@DadandSonDIY Thanks Ashish...managed to make something similar ..works ok..still not 100% happy...as the tortilla is thicker than expected (when hand rolling). Need to experiment a bit more to figure out what else to fine tune.
@@jonrajesh do u also need to add oil ,so that the roti doesn't stick ??? Is the roti very thick. Do reply.thanks in advance
Kya price he
👌👏👏👏👏
👏👏👍
I want this roti maker pls share the path
Great job sir,.
sir how do prepare aata for making chapati?
and which pastic paper did you use
We use a KitchenAid stand mixer.
That's really cool.. even I want to make one...
Just wondering how did u managed the speed
Please help me with fan rating
We used the original fan electronics along with the motor, so we were able to reuse the 3-speed controller that came with the fan.
Can you make one vídeo
On how to connect the speed s
It will help all of us
Thanks 🙏🏼
@@blancaflores3754 Maybe in the future 🤔
What is rpm or speed of motor
Can you make a dough ball maker I mean I am trying to ease the whole roti making process and making equal size round dough ball is a tedious work
It's high time such a good ROTI MAKER CAN BE MANUFACTURED ON A LARGE SCALE AS AT PRESENT FATIGUE MEANS GETTING TIRED BY ESPECIALLY WOMEN IN KITCHEN WILL BE TOO HAPPY TO GET THIS which will be a low cost one and ALL CAN AFFORD IT ESPECIALLY IN NORTHERN INDIA WHERE THIS IS REQUIRED DAILY.
Hi can i buy this machine?
i am in California
let me know how can i get that
thank you 🙏
What are the wood dimensions?
What is ball bearing part# please
Quero um como faço pra comprar
Please let me know if you can make one for me I can pay for it. I am in U.S Texas
Hi ,
Can you able to explain fan base alignment. i have tried everything. The only issue the round wood plate, not alignment too much wobbly.
We didn't have any issues with our wooden plate wobbling. You should check to make sure yours is truly flat.
How much price
If i want to make which motor will be good ?
Like power and RPM of motor.
It doesn't need to have a high rpm or even high torque. We salvaged one from an old ceiling fan.
Mujhe ye chaiyen kya aap sell karoge
Hi sir, ever thought of selling??
Interesting in buying.
No sorry, you should consider making one yourself!

मेरे लिए भी बना दीजिए भाई जी
Hi. Does it open pizza dough? And do you know if it works fastly to do that?
Haven't tried pizza dough but can't see why not! The machine is pretty quick, but probably not as fast as a professional chef.
Ok, thank you Dad&Son 😀👍
Great ...I want to buy this .......what's d price
Sorry these are not for sale but using the instructions, you can try making your own.
Why 2 rulers r been used can't u use single one instead
There need to be 2 rollers because the right side of the roti/tortilla moves in the opposite direction as the left side, so not having the split will just cause the roti to launch off of the machine.
Can you sale to me this wonderful peace
Nope, but you can make it yourself :)
R u from Mumbai ?
Not quite
Kya aap bana denge
Aashish what is the price in Indian currency of this product write because so many wants to buy this. Every one cannot create every thing.
Sorry, we are not making these yet for sale. But if you are in Seattle area, I would gift it to you.
Hey! I am in Seattle and would love to get this lovely gift this holiday season 😊
lmk if you are planning to give it away. Thanks!

Hum apne papa ko dena chahaten hai
I want to buy this rotimeker. How?
You could always make one yourself!
Hello may I know the reason of buying this machine are you also facing problem in making chapatis like me?
Why it didn't pass wife expectations?
Are chapatis still soft after couple of hours or become rubbery?
Use a even more cheaper and smaller brand new brushless motor for less than 150 rupees... 👍
Awsome! Sweet deal
@meena desphande ..aunty have u tried the machine
..pls give ur input
what criteria did it fail for your wife? it will help me decide if it is worth building this.
All that and didn't show it working
You should credit the original video. Indians should help each other
Good idea. Added to the description.

Making Roti Puri size not bigger size Roti and cost of machine not told
The main cost of the machine was the motor, which was mentioned. Also, the Rotis were 8 inches in diameter which is pretty normal for us. Definitely not Puri-sized XD.
