Jen Atkin is one of the most desired hairstylists in the world. From fashion models like Kaia Gerber, Bella Hadid, Karlie Kloss, and Cara Delevingne to the Kardashian Family like Kris Jenner, Kendall Jenner, and Kim Kardashian, she has done red carpets, magazine covers, and editorials, and music videos. So getting to see inside the wardrobe of one of Hollywood's most loved hairstylists is an interesting proposition, as one would assume it would be stuffed with luxury bags, shoes, and clothes but Atkin proves that vintage, contemporary, and comfortable clothing is dominant in her closet. In reality, it was a much more grounded closet tour than expected but definitely educational!

Jen Atkin did my daughters wedding hair in December 2009 in place of Scott Cunha (who had to cancel last minute due to scheduling conflict, and I can attest that she was so cool and unaffected by money and status, whose focus was on making my daughter look gorgeously amazing. Miss Atkins deserves all that she has worked very hard towards.

The quick history of the Hermes plastic Kelly bag is… they used that it was actually used/given as a show invite for their guests attending the S/S 1996 collection. To help their guests pass through security checkpoints easier. The writing on the bag ‘Un voyage ay pays de merveilles’ translates to a “A trip to wonderland”.

As someone who didn't grow up seeing many hijabis where I lived (rural Ireland), I think your scarves are just beautiful. I know that isn't the point (really kinda the opposite since its about modesty, right?) but I just wanted to say. The possibilities are endless, so many variations in methods of folding and securing, multiple scarves layered, matching colours perfectly to outfits or creating perfect accents with bright pops of complementary colours... you take my breath away! There's such an elegant art to it that I think a lot of non-muslims aren't aware of, I certainly didn't know this until I started to watch hijabi CZcamsrs. Again I hope this doesn't come across as weird, and I should point out that I'm a girl saying this so not a guy being weird and fetishizing or anything. Just from one gal to another, I think your scarves are stunning.

Probably the only one who's going to serve you a sneaker moment is Shayla + Lesquik. 👟 I agree with others in the comments, that it's probably going to be less likely that peeps will do closet tours, because unless you're going to pay for 24/7 security (or have people staying in your house), then thieves will be watching. on costume vs fine jewelry- i think its great to have fun and play with jewelry trends and such, but fine jewelry is so much more sustainable (when will you throw gold or real stones away?) and there are some companies now making 100% recycled gold pieces locally, and ways to revive old heirloom pieces as well. having a piece of fine jewelry that you can have forever and pass down to someone else is so special. rather than accumulating a ton of stuff you dont really care about. just my thoughts :)

I cannot stand Jen. Ever since she attacked GelCream on Instagram for a review on Kim K’s perfume, I do not like her. Then she commented and deleted a nasty comment towards a makeup account for being critical of her ELF makeup collaboration. She can’t handle criticism and is a coward. She will go off on anyone who is critical of her, then delete her comments. Needless to say, I will never support anything with her name attached to💯 I’m only watching your video because I love when you do these closet reactions and will always support you😎 Other then that, Jen is the last person I would want to support.

I definately remember Uggs and plaid flannels being a big fashionable thing in middle school. (This was suburban northeast Virginia.) Other than that, no one cared what you wore.
My parents couldn't afford Uggs. I got dark-brown knock-offs because I needed winter shoes and I honestly couldn't tell the difference. I was happy. Their wallets were happy.
