I love how over-the-top and energetic Zenobia is in every single one of her battle quotes, it makes spamming Berserker Slash all the more fun.

An actual in-game battle quote (one of my favourites, though I might have changed some parts of the line??)
Simply equip Zenobia and KOS-MOS on the same driver, switch out KOS-MOS for Zenobia, and yeah, you'll hear it
If her driver is Zeke and you start a battle with her, she'll say "You chose me over Pandoria? Nice."
I just love Zenobia as a character, she's so fun.

Kinda crazy how a Blade as strong as Zenobia is now only considered high B-Tier.
You have to consider Zenobia as a top five blade if you are not purchasing the DLC. The problem Zenobia has is the damage cap. She could hit like a truck.
Yeah, pre-DLC I think her damage output was top 3 or even top 2. Only Poppi QT Pi and possibly Herald outdamaged her.
@@SeriousStriker T-elos literally annihilated Zenobia when you need to deal with bosses because it's not that hard to have a brutal 800% extra damage just killing a few enemies and having three drivers dying, Fiora has incredible critical buff for the entire party and Dagas is basically OP with his Kaiser Zone. However, I still use her sometimes, Zenobia is a powerful blade when you need a Wind blade but because QTPi can easily do the same job and in a much better way,I really wonder why Monolith made QTPi so strong.
@@juanjosedelpinorivas7099 They probably made QT pi so strong because Tora otherwise got shafted in terms of available Blades. Even after all the DLC, he still only has his 3 Poppi forms.
@@krissjames7276 The only way to maybe not make QTPi would have been having a couple of extra artificial blades, like Lyla or Rosa somehow, avaliable for Tora. Monolith tuned QTPi a little bit too well giving her so many aux core slots (because that's what they are despite having a different name). Funny thing is the only thing Monolith nerfed in the game was the gold chips.
I kinda hoped she'd have a cameo in the Torna DLC since she wanted to fight Mythra at some point
The only reason they added that bit was to remind people that blades live multiple lives and that Mythra and Torna (the group, not the country) have probably crossed paths with some of the blades you pull, whether rare or common.
It also kind of sets the tone for just how unnatural and cruel Amalthus' experiments are.
Honestly just generally would've liked it if they had some of the rare blades show up in Torna, even if just in minor roles. I'm generally not a fan of generic Common blades and actually started wondering, how many driver enemies does Torna even have? Could it be possible to have all of them use rares and even legendaries otherwise unused in Torna?
I personally think she should have been a level 200 superboss tbh. Make her the hardest fight in the series as well. Would be cool to see her go super saiyan and absolutely destroy the party.

Zenobia is one of my favorite rare blades and is a mainstay on my team. I just love her personality and amazing power, great work on the guide!
You know the balance in this game is whack when a Blade with a 15% Strength mod, 3 Aux Core slots, and nothing but easy-to-active damage-increasing battle skills is only ranked 15/51.

Also, I think that there's a post-battle quote in which Zenobia asks Herald to fully unleash her power??
Even more fun of a fact is that: though the game doesn't actually let Herald and Zenobia duke it out, there's a DLC quest in which they and Electra work together (Merclibay's Strongest, I believe)
The only important thing that comes from the quest is that about two people acknowledge Electra's, uhh, strength... (yep. Her... strength).
The DLC quests just added a lot of FUN canon
i was shocked when i pulled her (literally last night from this comment). I had zero idea who she even was and couldn't even remember seeing a guide for her and now i see it has been here for a few months... idk why i couldn't even recall seeing her in any other videos.
She is a major pain in the ass to get maxed out because of 'kill unique monsters' that you do need a guide to go through and kill em.
She is a great upgrade for my pre-NewGamePlus Great Axe from Grog lol
Yeah I'm still working on her Infinity chart getting her really early in the game is both a blessing and a curse.

Zenobia is definitely one of the most fun blades to use for sure if you ask me
I like Zenobia for the exact reasons you mentioned in the video around when you were fighting True Rosa. Zenobia is just easy to use because she's got one main use, which is just to hit hard with her Arts. You don't even need the Hidden Affinity Chart, which makes the game so much easier and is one of the reasons I still struggle with the game since I don't have OP shit like Unbeatable and increased damage ratio at the start of a Chain Attack (would be nice to know how to play the game only using the standard Affinity Chart tbh), to make her good. She's just there to attack and I love it.

Zenobia is the polar opposite of Electra for me. She's one of my favourite damage dealers and a mainstay on Rex for my superboss and challenge mode team. She might just be my favourite Greataxe, even though Dagas is objectively better. However, I will stand by that she is probably my least favourite blade personality wise. She should be an absolute badass, but instead is constantly moaning and whining about fighting stronger enemies in EVERY SINGLE VOICE CLIP SHE HAS. Still, I can appreciate a woman who can yeet a Thanatobeast Andraz into the mesosphere with ease.
My favourite voice clip from her is the one where she basically says she's better than KOS-MOS. Basically, I like the unique voice clips the game has (e.g. "Take it easy, Mr Tiger" if you switch Dromarch for Vess)
Least fav personality? She is literally goku but a waifu hahaha and her design or Wind Diety is top tier in my opinion
My favorite quote is from Godfrey to Pyra: “I’ll carry on your great work, Pyra!”
@@fishnutz5196 nah Goku doesn't complain about fighters being weak. He's really respectful to the vast majority of his opponents.
Favourite bit from Zenobia's blade quest:
The fact that the game brings up that some of the game's rare blades have probably met each other in some of their previous awakenings.
My actual favourite part of the quest is when Zenobia asks Mythra whether they've fought before, and Mythra says something along the lines of "No, cause I'd definitely remember meeting a blade like you"
What I like about it is that knowing Mythra + Pyra, we'll never know if she's saying the truth or if she's simply being tactful
This just makes me wish that NPC common blades in Torna were gacha rares from the main game instead.

I think this was one of (if not the) first rare blade I had and I really enjoyed using her look forward to seeing this guide
To be honest, she fixed the problem I had with my party without wind blades. I really like how hard she hits but yeah, the problem comes with other blades that outclassed her, specially Fiora.

Can I just say how cool it is that Zenobia's kit is probably the single most fitting of her personality in the entire game, probably? All she wants is to fight powerful opponents, and all her kit does is help achieve her objective. Freaking amazing. I really like Zenobia just for her design-- less 'waifu' than the other girls, IMO the way her flesh is bared is more inventive and tasteful, bordering on historic cultural reference as opposed to outright going for the sexualization factor.

One of my fav after battle conversations happens when you have Zenobia and Newt active, where they diss each other for their outfits but I could never find the line in any compilation on youtube. I can't remember exactly what they said to each other.

This is the last blade I need, and Ive opened well over 1000 various crystals. Today one of my friends who is considered the luckiest is going to come over, and I have 99 commons, rares, and legendaries that I grinded up and saved for this moment. Wish me luck!

Zenobia may be the only blade I would not touch for upgrades, the only thing I would give her is up the caps and max a bit to compete with the DLC, I also feel she is one of the few blades that was correctly realized on translating personality to skills
now for the skills on what would be what
Greatest Warrior - Party Skill - Up Cap to 300% and stack from 40% to 50%
The Indomitable - Passive Skill - Up Max to 100%
Carnage - Active Skill - Up Max to 150%
LV 4 Special - same but adding Limit Break LV 1
refresher of the terms I used
Party Skill, a skill that affects the whole party, I try to have 1 skill on each blade be party in the changes I make
Passive Skill, a skill that is allways active on the user while in battle
Active Skill, a skill that is only active when the Blade is on use, but the effect remains active for X amount of time when a special is used and only during a Blade Combo, even when you change blades, the higher the special level the more time is added, with 20 secs added peer special lv and 2 minutes if a LV 4 is used
Limit Break Lv 1-3, a new effect that only few blades posses and can only be on Lv 4 Specials, it adds a 0 to damage cap, and Limit Break Lv 3 being the max is only on Pneuma (if Shulk LV4 Special didnt have so many hits I would also give him Lv 3)
last thing to note, one of the changes I noted is an item that can increase the Blades Aux Cores limit to a max of 3 on NG+, similar to drivers accesories, some mechanics like making elements act as debuffs and while non of those effects where noted here, I also have noted how I would change some existing effects to make them way more appealing, like the % chance to fell enemy type to Crit and Crit Damage to enemy type (less than specialized chips/accesories/skills to only Crit or Crit Damage)
by the way, Im not being compleatly fair to all Blades, since I do have favorites, and I made those absolute monster in the changes, like KOS-MOS and T-elos, but I also want other less used Blades to have a better chance and more motives to be used in more unique and fun strategies, that is to say, specialize them in fields to be real options one can choose

I was doing regular ken speed kills and got 16 seconds, with Fiora on Mòrag (universe Flickr spam), Patroka on Rex for increased elemental damage and Fusion combo, and Shulk on Nia for extra damage and evasion. idk thought I’d share
It's really funny how easy Ken in normal mode is considering it's basically the third strongest enemy in the game after Tyrannotitan and Ophion. DLC blades sure destroy the game and even without them it's still possible to reach great time records using Adenine, Dagas and Zenobia. This game truly offers a ton of different and effective ways to defeat powerful enemies.

Just got this Gal in NG+, experienced much pain upgrading her affinity chart, and I'm stuck on field skills for the final 4 seals of her blade quest :(
She may not be the best blade in the game but damn i love her. Her design is like a Guardian Diety and Wind God. Plus her personality is literally Goku but a waifu haha

I haven’t actually done any math here but is it possible that it would be better to use the accessory that raises greataxes auto attack stat by 27% instead of the enlightened loincloth?
Just because she has such powerful additives already from her tree and can get a bit from her aux cores and if you’re using the level 3 special that has an additive too
In multi enemy fights yes it would, otherwise her additives aren't quite high enough for axe attachment to be better yet
Yea I'm not really understanding the combat, with the break > blade combo start > repeat driver combos = more DOT? And I have no idea how to get those wild chain attacks going to delete an enemy in one turn, so i think I'm just stuff spamming arts with Zenobia until I do haha.
Yo it’s been so long since I played Xenoblade Chronicles 2. I’ve been playing Fire Emblem Three Houses a lot lately. In Xenoblade Chronicles 2 I have been procrastinating on trying to get Pyra back because I wanted to spend time with someone other blades that isn’t a part of the main story. But when I finally decided to try and rescue Pyra, I get stuck on the Jin and Malos boss.
Already wanted to get this game, but everytime you somehow make me want to get it more!

I got her in post-game and honestly it wasn't that bad, just do her merc missions and spend maybe an hour refighting (And honestly destroying) the unique monsters she needs

I don't know why but whenever I use Zenobia, whatever character she's on always dies pretty fast. Even when I don't have aggro, the enemies ALWAYS seem to spam AOE's whenever I switch to her lol

My first playthrough I got skill locked out of progress in Spirit Crucible Elpys and gave up. My second playthrough I pulled Zenobia very early and then the game became skill locked out of me.

Would it not be better to run an axe attachment over loincloth? Seeing as she has so many sources of additive damage and one of the highest auto-attack weapon classes. Does the extra additive damage really amount to more here?
her additives aren't quite high enough for attachment to be better unless in multi enemy fights

Whats funny about her for me is that she was the first rare blade I got in the game in the early game. This was also on my personal playthrough.

2:28 Kinda sucks that Greatest Warrior only reaches 40%, not 50%; if it was the latter, she'd only need five foes to max, not seven. What a letdown; soooo close.
