🤔 My first thought is what would they do with a P-80 without serial numbers. A firearm is either clear or stolen in the system that has serial numbers but I'm curious if you would've gotten a P-80 back. Man you can't be leaving your gun behind 😂 Glad you got it back
Police are cautious, so forget about yo ammo because they do this regularly, but even during a traffic stop, they'll make you separate the magazine from the clip until they dispersed by putting your tool in your trunk

When the cops got my g43 they kept the 6rd I had, they said they don’t give back ammo, the g43 was in evidence for 6 months

Police did not lose your ammo they will, not by any circumstances. Give you ammo along with your gun. They will give you your gun back. You will not get your ammo back.

Far as I know they never return live ammo
they don't return live ammo and a firearm together. you can pick each of them up separately though
