Sir ek sawal tha ap ka ppl mein ek muscle ke sirf 2 he exercises hain kya chest ya back jasay big muscles ka liya 2 exercises kafi hote hain
Haan itne kafi hain, agar kisi bhi muscle group ke liye 2 exercises theek se karo, matlab ache technique ke saath, ache efforts ke saath, aur total 10-15 sets (jaise day 1 par 2 exercises ke 3-3 sets, total 6 set aur day 2 par 3-3 aur set total hafte mein 12 set) toh inn hi do exercises se 80-90% results aa jayenge
Bhai maine gym se 8 months ka gap lia tha aur pehle bro split follow krta tha.
But for the first time mai push pull leg workout follow kr rha hu.But mai filhal utna heavy lift nai kr pa rha jitna mai pehle krta tha.
To kya kuch samay k liye wahi purana workout follow Karu ki push pull leg continue rakhu?

Elbow joint pain ke liye jo cable waali machine hai, usspar tum low weight aur high reps ke saath tricep pushdown exercise kar sakte ho. Uss se elbow pain mein kaafi fayda hota hai. Nahi toh resistance band ke saath bhi tricep pushdown kar sakte ho, low weight aur high reps.

Should I follow your PPL program?
You can go for it, you can actually follow any beginner workout program and as long as you make a good effort, you will get results. Split is not to important for beginners. And also remember to eat properly, eat well since you need to gain weight. Have a high protein diet, check your total daily maintenance calories and then eat 200-300 calories higher than that every day with high protein (1.4g protein/kg bodyweight at least)
