      Bhai ek kaam karo cardio badha do thoda aur weight training me intensity badhao matlab 8-12 rep me train karo till muscle failure...
      Aur carbohydrates aur thoda kam kardo.. protein thoda zyada lo ho sake to

Aur zindagi bhar ke liye 3000 ka monthly expenditure : ye baat digest nahi ho paati .Kya hum Bina protein intake pura kiye jo ki normal diet se obviously pura nahi ho paata , apna current body shape bhi maintain nahi kr skte only by doing moderate workouts and healthy eating?
