- The time has come to cope Carols beak! It has grown quite long in he last year and needs to be clipped and shaved down to prevent her from having issues eating. Also a massive surprise shipment arrives to the property and blows everyone's mind.

First I love the Carol videos. A good way to make good rabbit hunting for her is place big brush piles around the edges of the woods. I make them to gun hunt rabbits. About 3 feet tall and twice as wide. Make them really thick so you can't see through them. The rabbits will feel secure during the day. Then after they have sat for a month or two take Carol out and kick the brush piles. For squirrels put out piles of corn. I can't wait to see Carol on a successful hunt!!

you should plant some green giants along the fence line also, those big bushy privacy trees they grow about 3 feet per year, so if you plant 6 footers this year they'll already be at 9 feet next year, a lot taller than a fence.
Alright so I just got my first raptor/ red tailed hawk for falconry a couple days ago. I’ve been volunteering at my local wildlife rescue and it’s all birds of prey. I’m probably flexing a little here but The first time I ever hooded, and coped a raptor it was on a bald eagle.
I’m glad I got some experience at the rescue so I can take care of my RTH better.

We have exotic birds (both rescued and surrendered), and our avian vet has us using a cordless dremel with a stone on it to trim their beaks and nails.(one in particular has fatty liver disease, causing rapid overgrowth of his beaks and nails).
Makes short work of it!

I'm so jealous you got all that for free. I have a Camp Chef stove but not your model. Bought the 3 Burner Expedition last year and that thing is a beast. It comes with a 2 burner griddle and probably the best value out of all the models. Home Depot has the best prices during Black Friday if anyone's interested.
When you go hunting with Carol you should get a PVC pipe and have a perch on the top so you can walk around with her you can have her up there perched so when she sees a rabbit she can go attack her prey. Love the videos😄😄 keep up the good work!!😄

You should make a trip down to the caddo grasslands in north Texas. There are tons of deer everywhere. Me my grandfather, dad, and brother go each year after Thanksgiving and we camp out there and hunt for 2 days. It's pretty fun and refreshing your connections with nature.

A word to birds of prey lovers, I seen a Bald Eagle turning colors today. So she must have been 3-4 years old. Just getting her adult colors in her head and tail. She was trying to pull a dead racoon from the side of the road. Not her normal prey. She almost got hit by several cars. Watch out for these beautiful birds! I'm in Missouri and allot of flooding is happening. They are searching for pray that is not normal for them. Please keep an eye out for them!

Um...ALL falconers feed their birds casting & bone. Lack of bone in their diet can lead to metabolic bone disease, & giving them casting is great for cleaning out their crop.
