I put well over 1k into the pipes, exhaust, and tuner on the iron 1200. THEN a local dealership hit us with a good ass price/deal for trade in.
also since you've had the diamond stitch and tuck and roll, i've heard people say the Tuck and roll is more comfortable. From videos i could see why people would say that
I feel like the saddle man seat is a bit hotter than stock, it feels a bit skinny and my thighs meat gets a little warm compared to stock and I put about 180miles on it straight. With way less fatigue than stick as well.
I want the TR Front LS back for the Fat Boy. I think the tuck and roll is the best looking and most comfortable looking of all of them. The roll pleats look comfy.

How often does that gas cap rotate while riding? Been looking at that for my bike but don't want it spinning around. It would bother the heck out of me if it wasn't straight lol.

I've been looking at Saddleman for my 20' FXBB as well. I am probably going with the Explorer version.
