Man, this music is so awesome.
At first, this melody isn't sad. But once you know where the melody in the beginning comes from, it becomes sad.
I just got Fable 2 and I LOVE IT! The opening {I thought} was so awesome! :D IT's a great game.

Fable 2 is easily the most amazing game I have ever played. I must have beaten it several times before getting even a little tired of it. I would definitely recommend this game for you.

I love Fable II as much as I loved the first Fable. I was not disappointed, let down or disgusted. It's far advanced to its predecessor and more fun.
i remember while i was playing the game, i bought all of Fairfax! Well the main 1! xD
I also rented them all out at a +100%. So Fairfax went from being a five star in economy to a two star economy. Bravo for me!

fable 2 was the best, adventurous, and you get to have the undead ghosts fight along with you when you summon them, its good when you need to heal up or charge another will power

It's already been confirmed that it will be set fifty years after Fable 2, and you as the child of the Hero of Bowerstone attempting to take your rightful throne as ruler of Albion, and keeping it.
@Rkrsproductions To me, the graphics were absolutely beautiful; they stayed completely true to the "Fable" aesthetic set by the original.
Both were the best games I've played! Even better then AoF:2, CoDMW2, CaC2:RA and so on

Oh well, from what I've read about Fable 3, it won't dissapoint.

Actually, the Temple of Light theme plays from the Menu. If you listen carefully its not the music box but the Temple of Light from the first Fable game. Something along those sorts.

There was some controversy going on about how everyone thought this song had subliminal messaging within it. Lol. I Laughed when I heard what they were talking about.
They said that it's telling you that you want to have Fable. Lol... I knew it was in latin and so I couldn't get past the fact that it didn't sound like it...

At the beginning of the song, i was expecting the song to go out of control and speed up like in the game when the box exploded after you wished to live in the castle. But otherwise, this song is great. I wish that it was longer so I cold listen to it while i do things. I wonder what they're saying anyway.

Fable I and II were great games, end of.
Altough they were missing a few things that would have made them even more awesome.

Reminds me a little of the musicbox style theme for the Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets game.

The wish that Rose made was that they could live in Castle Fairfax. The idea is that, instead of simply happening, the music box triggered a chain of events that would take the main char. through a life that sculpts him into a person who does, in the end, live in the castle.
The only two plotholes I see is as follows:
A. Rose wished for them -both- to live in the castle. She dies. >> Hoh.
B. If you don't buy the castle in the end, it nullifies the whole idea. Fable 3 = Wtf now?

this is an RPG its a very fun game. and i dont really know any games that its familiar to.

@swordpalme I'm 17 and Super Mario Galaxy is still a mighty fine game. Silent Hill: Shattered Memories is also hell of a nice game. Legend of Zelda, Twilight Princess is great as well. I've had tons of laughs at Wario Ware, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl is the possibly best fighter out there. The friend system is complicated, but I don't need "friends" when not inside a game. Super Smash Bros. did fine with their own codes per. game, and it didn't take more than a minute to add a friend.

@xsedr They changed the concept of the lightning attack in fable 2. I could no longer Emperor Palpatine people to death in a constant stream of lightning. =(
@BBFalconShot I say that Fable 2 was a better game in terms of mechanics. But as far as story, Fable 1 still reigns. It was still an awesome game, but yeah, something was just missing.
Played both Fable games, the second one is MUCH better due to less fighting and more story.

Could someone please upload the full music box theme. I know the music box theme is longer, because you could hear it at almost the end of the storyline in the game, on that strange farm. I love that song so much :P.
call me crazy but i have played all three games and my favorite of all three was definitely 2 fable one had its charm that cant be equalled fable 3 was terriffic but fable 2 was the one were i can play have done everything collected everything and still be interested

the biggest problem i have with fable is how restricting it is. you can only go on paths but the wilderness is still there taunting you.

I liked the 1st one way better, the spells were better and easier, the weapons were better. And Fable 2 had some glitches, but I Loved Fable 2 despite the negatives.
Anybody else think that the intro sounds like the Davey Jones music box song from Pirates of the Carribean?

First of all: not the English flag. English flag is a red cross on a white background. Underwear humerously portrays the Union Flag, an amalgam of Northern Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales.
Secondly, I've also had a look and we were both half way there on Albion: it was the old name for the entire isle of Britain, namely Scotland, Engalnd and Wales. Old name ofr Scotland was in fact Alba, derived from Albion.
I personally prefer the fable 1 music theme, but that's just me. I also prefer fable 1 game also as it took longer than an hour to complete assuming you don't wonder around the towns buying houses which ain't really that fun anyway.

story wise it was the same. since fable 2 is like 600 years after fable 1 ended you would think the people would advance. like using guns instead of bows.

Why isn't this game on the PC? It doesn't make sense for Fable 1 and 3 to be on it and there's a (in-game) five-hundred-fifty year gap in between :O
