Afghanistan: Hazara minority fearful of future under Taliban rule

  • Dozens of female footballers and their families have managed to escape from Afghanistan across the border to Pakistan, including one group who'd been in hiding after their homes were burned down and some relatives were captured by the Taliban. (Subscribe: bit.ly/C4_News...)
But there are entire communities left behind who are now living in fear, like the Hazara minority, who are reluctant to believe Taliban promises that they won't be persecuted.
We have been to the largely Hazara province of Bamiyan to find out more.

I am not a supporter or hater of Taliban but you should know one thing,Native Indians like Gerinimo and Chief Crazy Horse used White man made Rapid fire Winchester and single shot trapdoor and buffalo Sharps rifles to fight the cavalry, and they were better and more skilled in using it against US Armies.Beside the Pashtuns can imitate foreign m ade weapons with their smiting skills.

In my country of Somalia the uk, uae and kenyan funded terrorists have been reduced to only 10% of the country. Our Somali National Army is resurgent. But Somalia is easy flat country. Afghanistan is highly mountainous. Many valleys, canyons. Hiding places. The worst possible terrain to fight in.

FYI - For your information: The Tragic History Of This Young Commanders Life.....
The commander you saw in this video is/was ethnically Hazara and a shia muslim, while the Majority of the taliban's are Sunni Muslims. So by default there has always been frictions between the two groups. Yet somehow the two managed join forces against the US Army and former Afghan government. After the taliban took the power, the leaders ordered ethnic fighters and their commanders to be sent and rule over specific townshipws. But most were sent to rule over their own townships where the people were from the same ethnic backgrounds. For Example:
    * In "Panjshir Valley" the taliban appointed an ethnic Tajik, because most of the population are also ethnic Tajiks.
    * In "Bamyan Valley" the taliban apppointed an ethnic Hazara (The commander from this video), because most of the population are ethnic Hazaras.
    * and so on...
After a few months where the fighters had adjusted to the environment and the people, they were soon ordered to leave to a complete new destination. Some of the fighters were sent to do different types of duties, while some were even sent as far into the deserts as possible. And this young commander was one of those who sent to the townships near the desers. The last video of him on duty, shows him sitting at en empty desert township.
Soon after that video a voice-memos was shared online of him, where he called for more inclusivity for Afghan fighters from all ethnic backgrounds under the taliban. And his main request was for the fighters be allowed rule over their own townships. He felt that it would be best for people in townshipws to be ruled by one of their own, and not a stranger. As this would make it easy for both sides to get along.
But this is exactly what the Taliban leaders has always been against. The taliban have always used "Afghan Government" as excuse to showcase why its a terrible Idea to allow this kinda of inclusivity. And this is because under the former Afghan Government people could barely visit any of of the townships in Afghanistan, let alone the larger cities. For Example, you couldn't visit the "Panjshir Valley" unless you were top-official and from that part of Afghanistan. Or unless you pay a large sum of bribe.
Soon a new recording of this young Commander was published, where he said he was no longer fighting along side the taliban. And that he was going home to be a normal citizen again in his township. But after a few weeks more voice-memos of him was being published where he bashed the taliban for not giving ethnic Hazaras the same rights as the other ethnicities. And he said that he wouldn't stop until his conserns were being heard.
The last video footage of him published online, shows him standing on a podium and being cheered by thousands of people in his township. Next an elderly man walks up to the podium and "Ties a belt/rope around his waist." And this specific gesture of "Tying a belt around someone waist" means that a "man is getting ready for war".
He himself and his fighters took strategic places in his township to fight the invading taliban fighters (If they were to come).
But already knew that the Taliban would come for him. Soon more footages of intense fighting were being published from that specific township. Even after a week the Taliban fighters were not able to take over the city". But they eventually did take over. But they were not able to locate the commander. And nobody knows what happened to the rest of fighters defending the city. And yes, there were many innocent casualities shot by the taliban.
Just days later, the taliban announced that they had captured this young leader as he was fleeing to Iran. He was captured near the Afghan/Iran border. The taliban also published a photo after his capture, where he was totally bald and had shaved all of his beard. And then the taliban claimed that he was waiting for the "Iranian Intelligence Agency "to fly him out of Afghanistan with a Helicopter. But nobody can confirm whether its true or false.
But one thing nobody knows is whether he is dead or alive. or whether he is in jail. None has seen his body yet. Yet even after the taliban published his photo, then a few days the taliban claimed he died during fighting.
I believe they executed him right there and then, after taking his photo. May he RIP.
