A 2nd set of footpegs just in front of the rear axle will be Way more comfortable.If it's allowed by racing rules, extending the rear 6" will cut the 'wheelie' effect, and you can lay over the frame without your head between the handlebars ;)

When u add a torque converter sitting that far back is going to make it wheelie. I went through that on my manco thunderbird. Im also shorter and weigh only 120 lbs. Ive always been skinny im currently 52yo.
Im hoping to get my 1970 rupp enduro back together maybe this summer.

Love watching stuff about small engine but definitely don't know how work on them. I ended up getting for free a ten Horse power Green rear Engine Craftsman Riding mower. The thing needs work it doesn't suck gas out of the fuel tank and when remove the air filter and dump gas that way it will run for few seconds and then shut off when I removed the settlement bowl on carb I noticed some grimy dirt in the bottom so I figured it's a clog carburetor. The only thing Is I'm not gutsy enough to remove the carb and try clean it myself. Since I know very little about small engine. Sad thing is it's in really nice shape is why I'm not gutsy enough. Don't wanna make it worse so I'm debating taking it to a small engine shop near me sometime let professional look it over.
