There's a reason why in The Sims 2 sims can get a fear to use a public toilet.
Im assuming this means this game is set in The Sims universe, which of course implies the playable character is no other than Jim Pickens himself. And that just explains everything, doesnt it? As an aside, i dont think you have to be a sim to fear use a public toilet, at the very least i try to avoid it as much as possible.

If anybody is interested, there's a movie with the same-ish premise - "Glorious" (2022). Yep it's a horror. Interestingly enough both the game and the movie came out within a month of each other!
