Cidermeisters American IPA

Agree with David, "Möst" hops give a big strawberry bubblegum flavour, I used in a Belgian blonde was like hubba bubba

I'm sure Peter Hodge did something with Barbe Rouge hops that are supposed to give strawberry notes and the descriptors say Strawb and Raspberry and it's a French hop.

Go for Strata hops Banana for a jammy flavour. Will make a great IPA.

Totally agree. I have made two Strata IPAs and it’s one of my favourites for IPA styles .

'Dank flavour... like cannabis...' lol. Low carbonation wasn't helped by re-bottling from my glass bottles into PET bottles for posting. More careful now not to over-carb my beers, prefer flatter to fizzier and continually trying to hit that sweet spot. Cheers.

@@cidermeister9440 yeah if it's a choice between under carbing and over carbing then I'd prefer under any day. I only bottle condition the impys these days and even then it can be hit and miss despite putting in pretty much the same amount of sugar every time. I'll get something bottled up at some point and fire something your way.

@@BigBananaBrewing Nice one. I make RIS once a year. Bottled 12 with 1/4 tsp of brewing sugar and all the rest with no priming at all. Hate fizzy Stout most of all.

Most hops apparently give a strawberry flavour. Richard @#thehopadditionpodcast did a hop tester with them if I remember correctly
