    Wasn't happy with the first cut of this release... the GoPro doesn't do well filming things in distance. So - we sprung for a new cinema camera! Enjoy this suspension porn in full HD 120fps with 40x zoom! Going to have some fun with this camera...

    Thanks Bro on the great review! But seriously Aaron, you JUST cost me some serious cash! Or at least in the off-season! I appreciate the the hard work on posting these comparisons with the shocks! Keep up the great work! If you ever get over the great PNW I owe you a drink or two of your choice!

    I have a new 21 Smart shox car, at 712 miles with the Fox tune. my stock springs sagged 5 inches in the rear and 4 inches in the front. I've ordered the Shock Therapy springs to be able to properly tune my suspension. I have no doubt the springs will be one of the best investments I can make on this car. I do have a 2" .120 wall cage, spare rack and spare along with a tool kit and other acessories. Even more reason to make the switch.

    It looks like you need to tighten the high speed compression in the front a little. The tires look to be bouncing off the ground a little too much. My buddy has a shock therapy set up and his tires don't come off the ground. I only have the eibach spring kit but it helps 100% over stock. Great car great video 👍

    I recently pick up a barely used 2013 RZR 900 xp 4 WE for exploring the desert and I was really surprised at how rough it rode in washboard and small chop. It was only slightly better at 40 mph than at 10 mph, but we could get through it a lot faster. Now I know this machine does not compare to the 1000's and X3s, but it really shouldn't be this bad. So after a ton of research, I found a number of excellent companies out there, but I ended up just yesterday ordering the Shock Therapy DRS spring set and RIS Shock system. Plus I live near Phoenix and even though I like to do things myself, I could not pass up the price they charge for install. Great value all the way around. Now your video just confirms that I made an excellent choice! Thanks for going to all the trouble in posting it.

      Picked up my RZR from Shock Therapy Thursday and Saturday took it out to some of the rougher desert trails and it is incredible the ride difference the new ST suspension made at all speeds low to high. I could now easily keep up with my aggressive son driving his XP 1000 without the intense white knuckles of the stock suspension. And just as important, my wife loved the plush ride. I can't think of any upgrade that improved a product as much as this one has. Again, thanks for posting your videos!

    • @ftorvideo
      @ftorvideo  Před 6 lety

      Brother... Rolling changes your perspective on life! Hah! But a car with lots of body roll feels less dependable ya know? I was just worried that raising it up + the smoothness of them would equal body roll... Making it feel less confident in the corners. Thankfully not the case! And thank you for the support brother! Sincerely!

    @canamx3americanflag788 Před 6 lety +4

    Why wouldn't you run the comparison at 70 mph to keep the variables as equal as possible? Is 80 the new 70? haha I understand that 70 mph is pushing the stock suspension but a fair/accurate comparison would be at the same speed. You could also do the same test when the ground thaws as frozen ground is going to behave differently than unfrozen. I bet you will be even more pleased with the ST set-up.

    • @ftorvideo
      @ftorvideo  Před 6 lety +1

      To be honest, we weren't aiming for a speed. Just peddle down. I think the speed would come from the suspension making contact with the ground more efficiently, ya know what I mean? The stock suspension just kinda skipped over the top of the whoops. The valving I'm these is so much smoother, it put the wheel back down without making the car bouncy - allowing us to get a higher speed.

    • @canamx3americanflag788
      @canamx3americanflag788 Před 6 lety +1
