Happy for you for the insight you gained in your meditation. I wish CZcams didn't foster such pressure . I've seen far too many people get caught up in the algorithm, weekly posting demands, etc. It’s as if you can see the joy and wonder sucked right out of them, only to be replaced with stress and sometimes, even dread. So glad you are being mindful and taking care of yourself and your joy, first.
