I’ll defend Luka here. Dude can barely move. I was at the game tonight and i kept my eye on him during timeouts and what not. He ain’t right.
Of course he ain't right and anyone that puts judgment on how he's playing clearly isn't really paying attention. Quite frankly Dallas was better off resting him in game 1 and giving him those two extra days off. I mean Dallas loses so what it was only the first game. He's questionable today and idk if he's going to play or not. If he's gonna last Kidd needs to give him some rest during the game.
Kyrie learning to impact the game in different ways is a good sign and I believe all of the Mav player have been doing or at least trying to impact the game however they can, whether they can score or not.
I say he’s learning from JKidd. I mean JKidd impacted every game without scoring a lot in his days.
@@manggahat yea when I watched him played last night I had the same thought, the steals at critical moment the 11 assist, getting his team mate confident up and his D has drastically improved.

This whole Luka narrative that he does certain things wrong is just wrong and untrue. They played a very physical series against the clippers. The narrative about his defense is bs, dude hurt literally F up his knee in game 3 and it's really only got worse. Game one he was clearly hobbled and since then he now has two bad knees and a ankle that clearly has him in pain. Put that type of physical toll on SGA and I promise you he won't be same player at all. I've watched Dirk his entire career get all this bs about being soft and choking in the big games and ironically when he had the flu he was mocked by others especially my Miami players. And sadly it took him having to beat the big 3 for people to quit the bs narratives
Luka is dragging himself across the court every game. I know it's easy to knock his defense but the dude can barely make it back and forth half the time. Were gonna need this from him everygame. Kyrie will step up when it's time but role players had their day in OKC. That's not supposed to happen in the playoffs. Good win Mavs

watched game 1 live but sometimes I purposely don’t watch the full game until after I do a reaction
my key takeaways
1. SGA always helps in the paint and it led to probably 10 open corner 3s, that cant happen
2. SGA was COOKING all game and when it came to crunch time when they needed a bucket there were a few possessions when he didnt even touch the ball, need to let him cook in that situation
3. Giddey may not play more than 5 minutes these next games, hes a liability offensively and defensively, Giddey in = Mavs run
Thanks for being a reactor that actually knows ball. I think the worse thing they could of done was let mavericks steal a game on their home court with kyrie having an off night and lively still playing like a rookie

Dort spent half of the game on the floor. Flopping on every screen, flopping every time Luka gives him little chicken wing. Embarassing for this so called elite defender.
Sometimes you need to be the decoy. Luka played the shooting guard, and Kyrie played point god. Kidd likes to get in his coaching bag as series progress. PJ and thj staring in their roll makes the whole Mavs thesis work.

Kyrie played surprisingly well for having such trash numbers. Great defense, good passing, great leadership, loved it. Other people were scoring so he didn't feel he needed to shoot his way into a rhythm. PJ, awesome game, and honestly awesome playoffs. That Clippers series would've been incredibly difficult if he didn't show up a couple times. Luka had a normal Luka game for only the 2nd time this postseason. If he can give us this, Mavs will be up 3-1 coming back to OKC.

As a thunder fan we good pj Washington had to have a legacy game and also Tim jr and the thunder played bad and we only lost by 9 thunder in 6

If you’re over the age of 55 you shouldn’t be allowed to ref ANY sporting event let alone a playoff game. If there was no scoreboard on the broadcast I woulda thought the thunder were down 25 points in this game. Any time OKC cut the lead to around 5-6 points the mavs would come down the court and the whistle would be blown. There was a sequence in this game where Chet shoots a 3, gets smacked on the arm without a call, Tim hardaway comes down the court and shoots a 3 of his own, falls over, and the refs blow the whistle. Y’all wanna act like the refs favored the thunder in game one and somehow think this game was called evenly is beyond me, no respect for these mavs fans that wanna act like they did sum tonight.
