- As Gaza is laid to waste, students across the US have protested at universities against the Israeli offensive in response to the 7 October Hamas-led attacks on Israel. Tensions have continued to rise and police officers have taken action.
But Sky's Mark Stone says the protests are about much more than just the conflict in the Middle East.

Free speach never existed in US neither human rights, it's a universal fact for all people who are not from US, it's all about US benifits and their capatalism economic culture, anything against the benefit of US, is a threat to US, which strip your human rights even if your act isn't against any laws.
It's more than just human rights for Palestinians.. it's also about equal rights for people of the socalled "free world" which includes the right to free speech because it is very clear from the way the establishment and media have reacted, that some people are more equal than others even when they share the same citizenship.

The outside conflict surrounding the territory over Gaza and Israel has been going on for a long long time... Where was the "peaceful" protest. I viewed a lot a rabid hate mongers that eventually invaded the college and destroyed property. Looked like an Insurrection. Also it was apparent the college does not teach history.
