I don't typically get excited for others these days, but you're very different. Been following you for a few months and you've literally, physically changed my life. PTSD and chronic depression are never gonna go away, so I need to actually do something when it gets overwhelming.
Your absolute passion for food, struggling and fighting to keep your dreams afloat, for real inspires me. I've been back in my kitchen having fun and trying new spins on my own dishes for the first time in over ten years. You're simply so human, and approachable in every way.

Are you using all electric appliances? Here in the US for food carts/trucks we use mostly propane gas for cooking and an electric generator for any electrical needs. That way we can stay completely mobile.
I agree. Use a gas oven if you really have to have one.
You need to calculate your electricity needs and double it for the correct generator. Do remember the usual ones are noisy and the silent type are pricey (I use the eu3000is and love using it).
Fire extinguishers, chock blocks, extraction fan, more storage cabinets above your head, POS system and a metal storage container for hot oil (fryer or roasting fat)
Yeah it seemed an odd choice not to have gas, especially as it is better to cook on. Maybe there are some H&S rules about it.

I realise that, but no company that has spent so much time & effort into a You Tube channel would call their food truck anything else. He would have to spend more money promoting the truck name. Seriously it's a not rocket science, it's 101 Marketing.
@@RaezoR57 who says he needs to promote the name of a truck? He writes Foodbusker on it and done, everyone sees who he is. It's not like you are having two names in your had or they are gonna call the name of his car when comes.
