There was no team that could match up with the Cavs, nor was there anyone in the West who could guard him at the time. Lebron had Kyrie who averaged over 25, and Love who averaged over 20. If MJ had the same East Lebron had, he would have 8 Rings.
Don’t bring up 2007 either, many of the East’s teams were injured, and the officiating was questionable. Not to mention he only shot 36% in the finals.

But its interesting too, because duncan help create a system that can keep running without him and it's something to note from Steve ker,kawhi leonard(could state he gave the finals mvp to leonard with a greatd debate), budinhosier( former 16 years assistant coach), tony, and manu(you could state otherwise for him but he was a suprise pick doe in the 57th that was just clutch).

He's got amazing handles and passing skills and he rebounds extremely well for a guy who is only 6'3". He was also the leader in steals a couple of years ago. But besides that he is the best shooter of all time. Not just from 3 point range.
