Ingredients:
For the Momos:
Cabbage (finely chopped) 1 cup
Carrots (finely chopped) ½ cup
Onion (finely chopped) ½ medium
Ginger (grated/paste) 1 tbsp
Green chilli (finely chopped) 2 medium
Oil 1 tbsp
Spring onion (finely chopped) as needed
Salt as needed
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Maida/ All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt as needed
Oil 1 tbsp
Water as needed
For the Sauce/Chutney:
Dried red chillies 15-20 nos
Tomato 2 large
Garlic 10-15 cloves
Oil 1 tsp
Sugar (I used brown) 1 tsp
Salt to taste
