    I am disgusted with Title companies as a whole. As a signing agent you call them up and they do not even bother talking to you and yet these same people have their on fire trying to close loans and they need the signing agent. The industry needs to held to the fire to improve communication with new signing agents and should do more outreach.

      @@NC-jl4tn I bring sanitizer AND alcohol wipes. And I get my pens back because I use very nice pens. I just bought Cross pens from Costco

      @@NC-jl4tn I would never ask the customer to use their own pen. Maybe they don't have one. Most of my documents are signed in blue ink. I always take an extra pen that has my info on it. And I tell them the pen is a small gift from me and if they know of anyone that need my services, my information is on the pen. "I'M IN IT TO WIN IT"

    Hello! Recently I started researching the loan signing agent service and came across your training program. Because I reside in Georgia, a so-called "Attorney State", I would have fewer opportunities to earn as a loan signing agent even though I know it's not impossible to earn. My question, what earning methods can you share with me that has worked in the state of Georgia? Are there any video links answering my question specifically about Georgia that you can send me? I sat with the sellers... borrowers were out of state... remember your helping signers who may own properties OUT OF STATE... if that property isn’t in an attorney state viola! Get your 💰

      Hello Tammy. There is no set fee schedule for Notary Signing Agents who perform loan document signing assignments. Each Signing Agent must negotiate their own fees based on their business expenses, the companies they work with, travel and time required for assignments, and the demand for services in their area.

    I live in NYC and here the fee for a notary's service is $2.00 per shot, a notary tried to rip me off by telling me she charges $3.00 per shot so I left but never reported her; where could I have reported her and what would happen to her for her dishonesty?
