I honestly love the 4Kids Seto Kaiba just as much as the abridged version. He’s amazing no matter where you hear about him.

In the original episode, When Noah and Yami connects, Yami gets to see all of Noah's memories.
While Noah is terrified as he's met with a tremendous mighty thunderstorm. But he can't sence life energy emitted from him. As Yami has been dead for 3000 years.
Kawaita Sakebi (A Yell of Thirst), the song used for the YGOTAS intro is from the Season 0 opening. You can't really tell because it's been chopped up for the abridged series, but the TV opening with the animation as well as the full song goes pretty dang hard.
At least it does to me. It's one of my favorite songs. Lol
I've been watching since like 2008-2009 , been a long ride, but it's always been a joy and a comfort all these years

yeahhhh, that's right, it's filler....... the anime made an entire filler season and put it in the middle of the tournament right before the semifinals

0:47 yeah, kaiba land was real. Seto makes the amusement park kaiba land very early in the series. Kaiba made a special part in kaiba land that was specifically made for yugi. It was called death T. It had several deadly games and if u lost, u would die (except in death T-4). The last game in the death T was death T-5 where yugi had to duel seto. And if seto won, he would actually kill yugi. But when yugi won, he mind crushed seto and seto was stuck in a coma for 6 months
Episode 25 was the first time I seen LK's series back in 2007. Fell in love instantly.
Been watching YuGiOh Abridged since about episode 9 or 10 back in 2006. It has lived in my head ever since then. Probably my favourite internet show ever. Love these reactions and can't wait to watch your reactions to Dragonball Z Abridged too - looooove DBZ Abridged :D

Also, that last little bit about go the fuc to sleep was from the book "go to f*** to sleep". Somebody famous did the audiobook and I don't remember who at the moment.
Id say 5d is a better follow from the style of DM but gx is still great. The first 3 generations are the best. Zexal and beyond is not for me.

O.K, now that the first half of S3 is done, I think it's a good time to say that, after episode 62, the end of S3, it's the perfect moment to watch both of the YGOTAS movies, The Pyramid of Light goes there in the timeline, and BBT has a reference to the main villain of the S4 arc
If she can find a decent version of BBT. Parts of it keep getting taken down.

Ash Ketchum is eternally 15yr, due to seeing the Legendary Bird Ho-oh in the first episode, which grants miracles to those who see the Legendary Bird.
Mentioning Kirbopher, he made his own original animated series on his channel TOME: Terrain of Magical Expertise, with lots of CZcamsrs such as LittleKuriboh and ShadyVox as voice acters. Definitely worth a watch if you're looking for another series to react to.
Edit: As for YGOTAS, there's also the Marik's Evil Council spinoff that LittleKuriboh produced and that's (at least in my opinion) even better than the main series.

Hey Melon. I think it'd be a fun video if you reacted to the actual full intro song that the use in the abridged. It's actually from the Yu-Gi-Oh season zero anime, It's about the original manga before it was about duel monster's card game.
This episode made me laugh so hard

The 4kids one piece rao is the one piece thing I actually like. Never got into the show. Also I got into yugioh pretty late too. Episode 79 was the latest and the time
I'd recommend reacting to the Ebonics version of the first episode. It's really funny and it was put out by LittleKuriboh.
I think when I started watching this series properly, LittleKuriboh had just released episode 66.

If you're interested in the original story of the anime it's on Netflix but only Duel kingdom the rest side episode but it's still great in my opinion know my favorite character are

I love Joey yigioh Journey to Duelist kingdom was to earn money for his little sister Serenity eye surgery so she would not go bind and as a big brother my self I really related to him
And then later Serenity save Joey from droning
But how can you not love Serenity adorable surely

Here Joey relationships started of rough Joey have to face Mai valentine in January to Duelist kingdom
But after Joey Dfte here they started to become good friend Mai even find out about way Joey cam to Duelist kingdom in the first place to save his sister eyes
And that wen Mai started to repct Joey more not just as a Duelist but as a person I have more favorite character
This entire VR step brother arc is filler. It takes place in the middle of Kaiba's tournament. Meric is just fiddling his thumbs while trying to take over the world.

In the original, Noah's gone after the explosion. In the dub, they believed Noah saved himself on a backup file. I never did mind 4kids censorship job. The plots for the dub feel much better and less darker than the original
That's why I didn't like them, if something it's dark, it's dark, it's bad to shield people for everything bad
In terms of writing, zexal is the best of the first 6 series. Buuuut its color palette and fashion sense is NOT for everyone. If anyone was wondering why the outfits are so weird in zexal especially, keep in mind yugioh's 2 biggest influences were jojo's bizarre adventure and tim burton movies.
5ds is the fan favorite in the west. GX is about on the level of the original series - but with almost as much filler.
Arc v is an anniversary series and has the best season 1, but season 2 drags on due to stuffing too many 5ds references and season 3 was basically 2.5 seasons stitched into a single season so they could move on the Vrains. So the writing gets sloppy and legacy characters get shafted because there's no time to give them development before having to jump to the next plot point to finish the story off.
Vrains had potential but sucks. The first season has 4 recap episodes and the final season only has 18 episodes lol. Vrains was also when they made a big push to make as many anime decks top tier irl as possible - which makes a lot of the duels a bit hard to follow at times and they can drag on a bit... especially in season 1 before they streamlined the summoning animations (in season 1, it takes like 30 seconds for them to do the link summon animation - and they link summon like 6 times every turn of every duel).
I disagree. Zexal is the worst.
I've heard so much good things about "dark season 2"... It was a waisted time. The only good EP in this spin-off were these 8-10 when Yuma thought that Astral is dead and he tried to live on his own. Shark was probably the only element of that series which made me keep watching it.
