Thanks for watching!!
Excellent primer on commercial real estate. This will encourage a lot of people out there that are built for commercial but don’t have a mentor.
She is a real pro that’s the biggest thing I took away from this video. The first half was her just spitting facts that anyone can learn if they also put in the work and gained experience
So surprised your videos don’t have the views they deserve! Sharing them with family and peers now!
Loved every second. Very informative, very valuable perspective. Coming from another black women in CRE, this type of exposure to the game is crucial! We need more of US on this side.
Woow! Thanks Rants & Gems for sharing commercial real estate knowledge. Tiffany is HER 💎 Sheeeesh!! 🔥🔥🔥💯💙
This was an amazing conversation. Also very strong points on remote work.
What a powerhouse you are, Tiffany! So much learned from your incredble, authentic "cradle" of experience and knowledge. Thank you for making the grind so elegant and valuable to our community. Keep inspiring others through your mentoring and bringing them along as you soar!
Appreciate the content y’all post, thank you times a million.
Preach! 🙌🏽 A bunch of these Real Estate gurus are not familiar with Commercial. I made the transition to CRE in 2019 and I’m still learning.
Due Diligence and lawyers is what mainly makes commercial take longer to close. Especially at a certain price point.
I really enjoy this format with tooks & guest much better. This interview brought so much value. Thank you. Continue to bring the knowledge that can be applied. No fluff here!!!
Very very good Education. Thank You MG AND YOUR GUEST as well……🎩❤️🙏😃

Excellent show!❤
Amazing information 💯🔥
Great information
I needed to hear this. Especially as a fairly new residential agent with more of a heart for commercial 🙏🏽
"Transactional" mentorship is definitely something you can't plan on and you gain so much from BEING IN the ROOM!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 mad useful info!
This is great information to know about partnership
Great Build!
Tiff is dope and I got all that, thanks Tiff, you killed it, love the way you broke down acronyms, then defined it, then gave an example, all on the fly, without breaking a sweat, that was smooth sister, very polished and you're fine too
Congratulations
Tiff Tiff for the win.

Heh did Quianna leave R&G? Not tryna start drama, I'm just curious 'cause I noticed she's not on the R&G instagram thumbnail in addition to not having been on for the past several episodes. If an announcement was made, I definitely missed it.
Goodday Brother, Sister and Family!!
Thank u ❤😊
Dope
Thats major!!!
Man information is on point!!
I came here to learn how to invest after listening to a guy on radio talk about the importance of investing and how he made $960,000 in 4 months from $160k, somehow this video has helped shed light on some things, but I'm still confused, I'm a newbie and I'm open to ideas.
Investing in stocks is a good idea, a good trading system would put you through many days of success.
It is possible to produce superior performance provided you do something different from the majority. However, most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest position in the market to the cost of proper diversification.
Having monitored my portfolio performance which has made a jaw dropping $470k from just the past two quarters alone, I have learned why experienced traders make enormous returns from the seemingly unknown market.
Interesting. I have a lump sum doing absolutely nothing at all in my bank account, I wanna get something started with it. You seem to be doing excellent for yourself, how do you achieve this?
Exactly, the trick is to diversify your investment, don't panic when everyone else is and invest consistently.
Wow
Great info. I’m looking for farm/ranch land: 50+ acres within 50 miles of major cities in Texas.
Not sure if I’m able to send you info through here but I can help get you connected.
I apologize in advance if this is frowned upon for this. Just came to see the video and came across your comment
💜💜💜
Also these INDUSTRIAL buildings have THICK CONCRETE walls, so tailoring this, wiring and plumbing for residential can be 10x more expensive 😮

Not sure if you missed that “Beehive” Beyoncé reference. 😂
Don't know much but are you taking any bird dogs to make those connections ?

I get it the Resi agent is used to shorter cycles- So the patience and attention span IS DIFFERENT!
MG would like that number 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Fam, SUITE is pronounced exactly the same as SWEET.
These are fantastic takes, I feel exceptionally lucky I started investing in my early 40s and consistently compounded my income via assets to create more cash flow. I grew to a 7 figure well-diversified portfolio having exposure to different prolific investments mainly savings account, stocks, bonds and high yield dividend funds. Forever grateful to my adviser Gregory Thomas Patchak. Passive income is mandatory for building long term wealth.
The financial markets are full with opportunities, but I've learned a lot over the past few years to doubt that. The key is knowing where to focus. Well appreciated, Gregory Thomas Patchak.
__Having a good instructor is fundamental for portfolio broadening. Gregory Thomas Patchak has always been that FA who is effectively accessible and has broad information on the monetary business sectors.
How can I reach him?
Search his full name online you will find his webpage, drop a msg
I agree that this bear market has contributed significantly to the growth of my portfolio. In a short amount of time, I was able to increase my capital from 20K to 160K. I essentially was just following Gregory’s instructions and directions.
This episode was everything!! Representation is a huge factor…this definitely peaked my curiosity/interest. Shout out to you MG & Ms. Ryland for sharing your wealth of knowledge, experience, etc… 💜🫶🏽🙌🏾🔥
