I was told it’s good to use cash back reward cards if you was to use business credit because you can use the cash back rewards for the minimum monthly payments until rehab is done and a tenant is in the property. But it is still good to have extra funds aside if the rehab is longer than expected.
I love this Platform, I follow Ashley. I am from Detroit as well, at 25 owned 4 properties and after getting frustrated with 2 tenants sold all of my properties. (income producing properties). I am getting back to it at age 37. I will document my process. Thank you all for your knowledge. I seen both of you here in the D a couple months back.

I kept telling people I don't see what they see, all I saw was money but got discouraged and later left Michigan. Can't stop the hustle when you are from the D...go girl!

Section 8 in Detroit has been hella shady. Especially DHC. Detroit housing commission. Do your due diligence. Also Detroit wants you to bring investment properties up to home owner standards.
